The proximity to Sultanahmet and Galata area. You can literally walk to all the sites from this hotel. Very close to subway station that can take you to the Asian side and walking distance to the tram that goes around the city. We walked and cross the Galata bridge from this hotel. You can walk to Spice Bazaar too. Very decent breakfast spread, nice and helpful staff at the front desk and bfast area. They greet you with a smile, no rudeness whatsoever especially the sweet lady attending bfast. The room is clean promptly and cleaning ladies are also very polite. So many nice restaurants around, you cant ask for anything more. It’s in the heart of Istanbul ! None.

Very centrally located to all attractions, trams, restaurants, shopping. Very clean, extremely friendly and Very helpful front desk and staff. Breakfast was good, but would be helpful if items were labeled. Your preferences, ALLERGIES etc.

Breakfast and good kitchen staff The bathroom shower drain overflowed every time we showered horrible experience mess everywhere. The staff and management did little to nothing to help us all they said was we can mop the floor for you. We paid 2000 euros and horrible room. Horrible view. I could touch the ceiling that’s how low it was. Not worth the money . I had kids with me or I would leave it as soon as I saw it but I was stuck because of my kids for 10 days. Every time we home to shower at the end of the day water everywhere it was like flood in the bathroom overflowing at 1 am we were putting towels to stop the water from going into the room and staff didn’t even bother to come up and look.

Breakfast, Location, Clean , Staff Visited during winter heating was running, It was warm for us inside the room so had to keep window open because of that we could hear traffic and construction noise late night

It was very dark in the room, and there was no a good view (on the street with bright banners at night). Some of the things that the hotel gave you as the new one were used (I mean, these small boxes in the bathroom)—be careful with that.

Dear Hotel Manager, I am a customer who had stayed in the hotel with my friend from Aug 20 to Aug 23. We requested a deluxe twin bed room, and it was approved. I'd like to share with my positive experiences and the issue staying in the hotel. On the first day of my arrival at 5am, we had our information registered and we left our luggage in the lobby as the official check-in is not ready yet. We returned to the hotel at about 4pm. However, we were told that there was no more room with twin beds. We approached the lobby counter for help, and finally the staff helped us to change the king-size bed to twin bed. In the breakfast time, the staff, Gõkçe, was extremely friendly. We enjoyed the Turkish coffee she made. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent – very central and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, places of interest, as well as the tram stop and ferry port, which makes exploring the city very easy. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious with a good of variety. Service throughout our stay was excellent. A special mention goes to Irfan at the reception – he is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. He gave us great recommendations on places to visit, restaurants to dine at, and the best transport options to get around. Thanks to his assistance, our stay was even more enjoyable. Overall, it’s a fantastic hotel in a perfect location, and we would definitely recommend it.

Very nice hotel with very nice workers. and very clean and good location with a nice coffee shop at the corner. Nice hotel but you can hear the noise in the hallway from your room and you can hear the house keeper cleaning the other rooms. The breakfast options weren’t lot and very limited. I didn’t like the hotel blankets they feels like hospital blankets. Other than that very nice place.
