The location is excellent, the hotel is very clean, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and warm. I highly recommend this hotel and would like to thank the management team for their outstanding hospitality!

Excellent hotel located in the Sirkeci district. The room that we were offered was outstanding; clean, comfortable and quiet. The gentleman working the day shift at the lobby front desk was very friendly and helpful. Everything was good.

We had a wonderful stay at Safa Hotel Old City in Istanbul. I was there with my whole family, everyone loved it. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The rooms were spotless clean with a street view. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed – their hospitality truly made me feel at home. The location couldn’t be better, just a short walk from many of the main attractions in the old city, making it easy to explore Istanbul on foot. Overall, I highly recommend Safa Hotel Old City for anyone visiting Istanbul who is looking for a clean, well-located hotel with amazing staff. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

Very helpful staff and great location

Excellent location, very clean and great value. The people at the reception Kerem and Bekir are very nice and were very helpful during our stay (especially with the ride back to airport).

The staff was very helpful specifically Mr Karim who helped us in every step and guided us for all the questions even for trips outside , and excellent in dealing with my kids The location is super perfect , hotel is clean facilities are available , comfortable, saves time as every thing beside you All was perfect , didn’t encounter any problems over 1 weeks

10/10 location, staff and cleanliness Basic amenities including shower gel, shampoo, and slippers. Water bottles refilled daily or every other day. Reception also booked us an airport transfer which was value for money, comfortable and nice driver. We got a room on the ground floor next to the reception and elevator, and noise was an issue. We did stay during a very popular weekend so the noise from all the coming and going kept us up.

Very nice location. Near many sights and restaurants. Staff are extremely helpful and kind. Always willing to help. Room was clean and staff are always around to clean. Room is quite small. Wardrobe is too small. Not enough space to hang things. Tap water smells of bleach (this seems to be an issue with Istanbul tap water). You can sometimes hear the outside music at night.

The location is excellent, very close to the main attractions. The stuff very friendly. Unfortunately, the lack of a lobby to relax in the evening and the extremely thin walls-through which everything from neighboring rooms can be heard-affected the comfort of our stay. On last night, an alarm went off every 10 minutes between 4 and 5 am, so nobody could sleep .
