The owner Mr Mehemet is a nice person His brothe Mr. Mohammed invited us to a nice breakfast I gave Mr. Mehemet some advices to make the place more comfortable for the guests and he was very positive

The staff was super friendy and helpful. The location is perfect to explore the city. It‘s possible to use the kitchen to cook for yourself, but I recommand to eat dinner with them - they cook amazing turkish food. The pubcrawls really are fun to party! They even have a hostelcat, if you‘re lucky you can pet her.

Breakfast and homemade dinners was super delicious! They cook every night traditional foods and serve to everyone as a family. Location is perfect, you can walk to all attractions and it is right by the tram/metro stations. The staffs were really knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely be back!!

I work remotely so the wifi is very important for me. This place has a great spot to work all day and stable, strong internet connection. The food they serve every night was really homemade style and delicious! Location is unbeatable and the staffs were extremely helpful and caring people!

The staff, location and the food was great! They welcome with a warm smile and apple tea which is tasty and makes calm :) You can walk all the places (restaurant, pharmacy and the main attractions) in a few minutes, it was just perfect for me as I've problem with my legs. They serve Turkish Breakfast for 5€, good start for the day and they always invite you to the family dinner, so welcoming, hospitality was unbeatable! The rooftop terrace has such a nice view of the city! You can bring your own drinks as well. I would definetely come back! Nothing! All facilities were great. Very convenient for city trip. Not suitable if you want an elevator.

One of the best hotels I have ever been in Europe! The location is unbeatable. It is just a few minutes walking distance from the main attractions such as Haghia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Palaces and Bazaars. The room was super clean and well designed. Breakfast and Dinner at Second Home was just amazing. Since I travel alone as a female traveler, I felt super safe and comfortable. The staffs were really helpful and know everything in the city. Plus: the rooftop terrace is stunning! You never want to leave :) Everything was perfect from the beginning to the end. I was happy. There is nothing to complain for sure. Fair price, fair place!

Majority of the staff were amazing, especially the night worker Ikbal. Helped me figure out how to use the trains, ferry, knows a lot about the city and always see him talking to the travellers. Nice breakfast and dinner options, the common room has a homey vibe. I would recommend it overall. Images not accurate at all. The only reason I picked this hotel of all my options was because of the pictures so had completely different expectations coming into it. Wish they would include pics of some of the other room options not just the nicest because I noticed even some of the hostel rooms didn't look like it. Was given transport service that was 40 euros but on the way back I was told I can just get a taxi for 26 pounds since I asked quite late into the night. I wish he offered me this on the way there too since I was a solo traveller with minimal luggage and was given a whole limosine for like 7 people. The night worker easily organised the airport taxi for 26 anyway.

Second home is just really home away from home! The stuff make you feel from the beginning with warm welcoming. You can get to most of the places on foot. And the rooftop terrace is unique with an amazing city view, you can meet other travellers and hang out whether you are solo or in a group. I highly recommend this place!

Location is unbeatable! Walking distance to all main sights and historical restaurants. Secondhome has unique terrace with an excellent view. The room was comfort and clean, bathrooms are spotless! And the staff was so helpful that my stay really like home :)

I liked the spaciousness of the rooms, simple yet all the needs met. Clean, newly remodeled rooms, comfortable bed and clean sufficient bathroom. Its also connected to their sister property, Second home hostel, where you can get social in the lobby or gorgeous rooftop. The staff is very friendly, reliable and helpful. Additional services available: Breakfast for 3 euros, Traditional Dinner for 5 euros, Laundry Service ready within a few hours, Shuttle to Airport, 24/7 staff. Anything you need, they can help with local tips as well as information traveling around Turkey. I highly recommend staying here!
