Location. Breakfast. Furniture. WiFi. Panoramic view of roof room I booked my room with late check out and early check in. But the guy at the reception refused to give me the room early and late check out. However I messaged the hotel before my came and mentioned my need of check in and check out. And they confirmed my need. But in reality the guy liar.

The staf is 10 of 10 Sezgin and mister ismail were very helpfull for me i had all the informations i need because of them thank you very much respectefull staff even in my countries hotels i have never meet a helpfull staff like them thank you very much i will back

The location is great- close to the Sultanahmet area and near all the bazaars. Mr Ismail at the front desk was very sweet- very kind. Breakfast is also decent. The staff! Sizgheem (not sure how to spell it) but he is the rudest man ever. Very unhelpful, needs to learn manners in dealing with customers. . The bathroom has no working light.

The room is in decent size and good breakfast included, am quite satisfy given the rate I paid. Staff like Mr. Ismail and Mr. Sezgin are very attending, I would like to thank them for their services. Will come back if I come to Istanbul again.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was excellent and perfect for me and my family, only about a 5-minute walk (300–400 meters) to the Beyazit tram station. After the evening the area becomes very quiet since the nearby shops close, which made it great for peaceful nights and good sleep. The price was extremely reasonable, and I found the hotel to be very family-friendly as most of the guests were families as well, so I highly recommend it if you are traveling with children. Our room was comfortable and well-furnished with new beds, furniture, lighting, and very clean bathrooms. Housekeeping did a great job every day, keeping everything tidy. We are a family of four (two kids, 10 and 6 years old), and the room was spacious and comfortable with a very good air conditioning system. The staff were very kind, helpful, and quick to respond – for example, they provided us with an iron several times without delay. Breakfast was simple but quite good considering the price. In addition to all these advantages, the hotel is also very close to the Beyazit food street, where you can find many nice restaurants and cafés to enjoy. Overall, this hotel gave us everything we needed, and I would definitely choose it again for my next trip to Istanbul. Nothing to mention

BIG SCAM !!! I went this place with my family i thought it's good place and good location . The houskeeping didn't came to clean room for 2 days and 3rd day they came then drama starts . They said we are used duvet covers and other thinngs dirty but it was also dirty before then they tried to charge 100€ but i didn't agree . There is guy name is Sezgin was very rude don't know how to communicate with customers this kinda people better to work in other places . After all we paid 100€ and then they replaced but that things also dirty we requested money back but they didn't even replied don't go this place unless u want to by scammed What a disappointment!! Visit this place if u want to got scammed
