The price, location, staff There was a electronic jug but no cups, had to buy one. Sometimes I had to hold the plug in the socket to boil the jug. The bathroom tapes looked like they hadn't been cleaned for a while. The remote for the aircon didn't work. The windows couldn't be opened or shut

The location was good! It was not clean at all! At night, at 2 o'clock, it was cleaned. A lot of noise. The floor was sticky. The tub door would not close. I had the room I hope the inner courtyard and something like a generator is always knocking

The Antik Ipek Hotel is located in the heart of Istanbul near the square with the beautiful Beyazit mosque and the tram line that connects the most important highlights of the city. There was a prepared breakfast - no buffet- in the morning in a room without daylight.

Safe hotel, safe zone, polite management, walkable location from tourist zones, all services included in very cheap price, no a hostel but a private room, which is important for me. To add more toilet paper.

Friendly and very helpful staff. The hotel is in a good location near the Grand Bizaar and ocean. I would definitely return to stay again. Good value for money. Everything was fine and very comfortable, except the wifi in my room was weak. In the lobby reception lounge area the internet was faster.

The location and the fact that they have wifi. They have no kettle in the rooms as advertised. No iron and they don’t ever clean the rooms while you’re there
