The staff at the morning and afternoon is very friendly and love to help, also they could speaks English good which is the main problem of the hotels in Istanbul. The Room Service crew is also welcoming and kind. The Breakfast may be better than that, it is good but if I want to get more than 2 nights I would need to see some changes in the menu

The hair dryer was broken and looked dangerous. And the wardrobe had a smell.

Location is nice, staff is friendly and helpful. The room was not as clean as expected, and the furniture and bathroom facilities felt quite old. Breakfast was average — acceptable, but nothing special (around 5/10). Overall, it’s an okay option for a short one-night stay, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a longer visit.

Everything was like expected. The location and the view from the window are great! Perfect temperature, not bad breakfast. I could hear neighbours very clearly at nights, so I had to sleep in earplugs. That’s the only thing.

Not exactly as in the pictures. The room was quietly small. There was no coffee in the room as expected. No cable TV.

Everything was gut, near from evertything, staff freundly, comfortable room, clean..: Breakfast could be better but for the price it was more than enough!

Hotel had a good location It was noisy, beds were uncomfortable and room was really small and cramped.

Very friendly staff. Very flexible with check in and check out times. Breakfast was yummy. Good location for walking to tourist spots, restaurants and shops. Very far from airport.

value for money is great! good location, room is cleaned every day and towels/slippers are replaced. very friendly staff, we were able to leave our luggage for the rest of the day after checking out. we were able to pay at the location upon arrival (by card). breakfast is ok too. we even checked the mattress / pillows in our room (as we always do because we’re scared of bed bugs) and they looked new! the furniture is a little worn, but overall clean so if you are not picky about it, not a problem :)

Breakfast is Excellent , varieties every day .. Once thing is not so good which is the juices .. But all over Good. Location is perfect near from any thing you need ( Cafes , Pharmacy , Bakery , Metro ) Room is so small. Stuff is not helpful . At our first hour after check in the water was off , and I was taking a shower , When I called them they informed us that it will take about 10 or 15. min to fixed !! So if you know that there is a water problem , you have to inform us at the check in.
