Hər şey çox gözəl idi. İlk öncə bizi 15:00 check in saatına baxmayaraq səhər saat 10:00da otağımızın açarını verdilər, çox sağ olsunlar. 28 may Müstəqillik Günü münasibətilə otağa açıqda və şirniyyat qoymuşdular, çox duyğulandım. Bu incəlikləri və diqqəti sevdim. Təhlükəsizlik və təmizlik yüksək səviyyədə idi. Təşəkkürlər.

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was very clean and modern, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable with a beautiful view. The location was perfect and everything was well organized. Honestly, everything was great and I had no issues during my stay.

Everything! There is nothing to dislike about this hotel, except the day you leave that you will start missing it once you step outside. This is by far the best hotel experience we've had. It compares only to selected Disney hotels. You are home away from home. The staff is as friendly and amicable as they possibly can, going all the way to make you feel better. From the bell boys and security, housekeeping, bar, front desk, Spa, all of them deserve credit! I liked all.

I had multiple issues with my assigned room. One smelled like cigarettes one smelled like absolute rot and one was nice but the TV and door were broken. So I changed rooms 3 times and had to wait a couple hours for the door to work (it was locked from the inside and I couldn’t get out.) I’m glad they didn’t stick me with a stinky room but it was my worst hotel experience in the last two years

The overall cleanliness is lacking. The property is not even that old and has many apparent signs of wear. There are a lot of hard water stains, broken shower heads, moldy sinks, the elevators' buttons are dirty, the carpets in the lobby are not clean at all, the furniture needs to be reinspected, and etc, which is a shame as the hotel used to be one of my favourite things about my trips.
