The overall experience was very good. The location is perfect, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, everything was great. The only areas for improvement would be the condition of the towels, which seemed quite worn, and the cleanliness of the bed covers, which did not appear to be thoroughly clean.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The manager, Veyis, and the receptionist, Haji, went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable throughout my extended stay. Their hospitality, professionalism, and willingness to help made a real difference. The rooms were exceptionally clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment throughout my stay. Housekeeping did an excellent job, and the overall condition of the hotel was impressive. The location is excellent, with everything within walking distance—restaurants, banks, shops, a shopping mall, and the metro. Nothing is out of reach, making it very convenient for both short and long stays. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again. NA

The staff was really helpful and really polite helped at any time very friendly and welcoming very nice people , the property overall was good stay. I didn’t like the fact that it was to loud at night time people will slam their doors and not respect other people were sleeping but that’s not the hotels fault it’s just the people in general.

The hotel fulfill all my expectations. Namely, the room was so big, comfortable and very clean. The hosts were very kind, helps for all matters. I really recommended for Istanbul. So close to the bus and metro station, only two minutes walking.

I had a truly wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Mr. Veis and Mr. Ramazan, who made me feel very welcome. Room was super spacious and personnel was the most helpful and kindest I’ve ever encountered. Didn’t feel perfectly clean and a lot of noise came in from the street making it difficult to sleep at night.

Perfect location , big room. Clean There was not much toilet roll . We even asked for toilet roll but they gave us few napkins and rejected our request to give more. Unfortunately toilet paper was the only issue and for this simple reason I won’t give them 5 star

Very spatious room, very clean, very good helpful staff. You can have breakfast in hotel cafe. There is slight disconnection in wi-fi but the staff was very responsive and fixed very quickly.
