The hotel is beautiful. The staff is really friensly and provides good service. The breakfast is also really nice. Its like your staying in a castle. Amazing for this price.

- Decor of room - RECEPTIONISTS VERY RUDE, I have had a bad experience in this hotel. I came a day late because my flight got delayed. They put me in one building with bad wifi and no wifi in the room. The morning after, I gave the keys to the reception before I went out for the day. When I came back I had to pay for a whole extra night even though I had a second reservation at the hotel because my family were coming 2 days after me. I still payed after being treated bad by the receptionist then he sent me to the other building for the second reservation. The better building that I didn't know the existence of. Afterwards I went to the reception for the second building to get the night I payed refunded but I was refused that and the receptionist told me I had to go to THE OTHER BUILDING. The other receptionist told me he put the invoice in the trash. I am very disappointed by this service and will not be coming back.
