This was a perfect spot for us! A simple clean hotel room with the most comfortable bed and nice AC. We walked everywhere we wanted to go. The breakfast is fantastic!!

The staff were very friendly, the room was huge and very affordable pricing. The location was awesome. Right in the heart of downtown. Walking to everywhere or taking a city tram was very easy and low cost.

I am writing this review so that the owner can fix the situation in his hotel. We arrived at the hotel on July 2, 2025 and I was shocked by the dirty rooms. The bathtubs in the bathroom need replacing, broken, moldy on all sides. The cleaners do a very poor job. Black hair is lying everywhere. The floors are not cleaned, they only smear dirt. The furniture and baseboards are covered in ingrained dirt. They can't even wash the taps well, everything is covered in limescale. They don't wash the kettle, I had to wash it myself at 12 midnight. They don't clean the air conditioner, it's also covered in mold. There's a sewer smell on the 7th floor and this smell was in the rooms (can't they really get rid of it?). And you want $145 for this room, are you kidding? I wouldn't recommend your hotel to anyone. It's not worthy of 4 stars.

The bed was super comfy slept perfect all night. I didn't dislike it but the breakfast could be more adventurous. ?

Friendly staff who were accommodating and helpful. A full service restaurant on the ground floor for proper meals and drinks. Breakfast was decent. The high floor I stayed in was away from street noise, which wasn't much to begin with. For those who prefer public transport and walking, a tram station is right by the corner to get to the Grand Bazaar and Hagia Sophia via Ordu cd, along which many retail shops and money changers are located. Stores on the street offer convenience to basic groceries if needed. Quite unlikely to hail a taxi at the entrance as few would come by.

Everything about this hotel is fantastic, the staff are very friendly and welcoming, they will help you with anything you need, cleaning services are also top notch. Breakfast is small but enough to fill someone.

Such a Bad expérience, the personal was so rude, the toilet smelled really Bad, the room was not clean enought and also WE didn't find a roof top like it was mentionned on the application without forgetting that WE were only allowed one hour of spa Access in the day, top finish the shame was to paye 3€ for omelette even though breakfast was supposed to be free

The property location is amazing close to the tram. Most of the tourist locations are close. You may don’t see a lot of people walking after 10 pm. However, the area around still safe.
