Usually, customer service staff ask for a review in return for good service. However, in this case, the team, especially Serkhan Bey, was unconditionally supportive and genuinely caring, not only towards us but towards every guest. For example, the team spirit was also in cleaning staff, waiters at the breakfast, and overall uplifting vibe of the hotel, created by people working there. It made me reflect on how rare it is to experience such service, and how it is really possible to impress guests without expecting anything in return. Thank you very much, Serkhan Bey. All was very nice.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impressive, and the breakfast was delicious. The reception and staff, especially Kabilo, were very professional and attentive. Additionally, the location was excellent, making my experience even more enjoyable.

I had a major issue that affected my stay. There was a family in the room next door with a small child who cried and screamed throughout the night, and the family was quite loud. I was unable to sleep because of the noise.

Staff was great. Sercan especially went out of his way to help me out. Shout out to Sercan - give him a raise and a promotion! The breakfast needs improvement.

That said, the service more than makes up for it. Melih, the manager, is exceptional, he consistently goes the extra mile to ensure guests are comfortable and well taken care of throughout their stay. I also want to mention the friendly gentleman at reception with long hair always welcoming and helpful. Thanks to the outstanding staff and consistent service, I’ll definitely be booking with them again.

Very good location the metro was literally 2 minutes walking.The hotel was clean the room was big and comfortable, normal breakfast but the staff from the reception to the cleaning ladies were the best.Its worth it for the money we paid .Inşallah see you next time

It is very nice, the rooms are clean and the furniture is in good condition to be used. Everything is very good! But hence the waitress are working a bit slower. I guess it is because of more guests but even if there is small number of guests the serve a little bit longer, so we were to wait a bit more.

The location is perfect with easy access to shopping and sightseeing. The staff were amazing, very helpful and quick to assist. There also was an exceptionally kind elderly gentleman (staff) who helped us. Nothing at all!
