Otel is located in a nice place and its realy very clean . staff are very kind . especially Mr Kerim is a very nice man and also very responcible and kind person . Thanks for everything

They where very friendly and respectful kareem and ibrahim were so helpful and have a nice breakfast .

I like the price I didn't like the youngest guy from the reception,he was very angry and agressive why i pay from diffrent card (my mother card) and reservate on my name...this was the first time that somebody ask me that...its a normal procedure, also the floor was not clean !

Staff was amazing. Kerim was very good Small room and not clean. Also on question for the parking they have written for free but on other place was mentioned charging 10€ per day

Location was good away from the crowd Basic breakfast and facilities more suited to local visitors than tourists. Staff couldn’t really give much info about how to get to places and couldn’t be bothered to find that info out for you.

Its good nice hotel the staff also nice and polite and they were very helpfull specially Mr.Karim and Mr.Peyruz and also the hotel is 2min away from tram and tourist places
