Location only the other things ZERO Staff attitude Water not provided and when we ask they request us to pay !! Y i should pay and am not asking any extra only two bottles Bed not at all comfortable Washroom cleaned with adding the missing shampoo Or toothpaste or toothbrush For the first time it’s happening in turkey that we have to pay inside the hotel for the water and we r not asking extra The experience was zero Only the hotel looks nice from outside the service is zero One of the days the room door is open !!! I didn’t request for cleaning who allowed them to go and clean snd leave the door open For sure last time we r not going to book

The hotel was quite nice. Location was ok, but we had to travel by taxi to all the sightseeing locations. Emre at the reception was very helpful. He welcomed us warmly. We were first not satisfied with the triple room we were offered. He then upgraded our room which was quite spacious. He was very polite and helpful and welcomed us every time he saw us. Same selection of breakfast everyday. The quality of the rooms were not all that Considering it’s a 5 star hotel.

location and staff Although I have stayed at your hotel three times before and had good experiences, I was disappointed to notice a clear decline in the overall standard during this visit. The furniture was very old, and the maintenance of the air conditioning and water temperature was not comfortable, which affected the quality of my stay

The pillows and bed are not very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is overpriced for what it offers.

That was a nice big hotel, good location, very good breakfast. Every day I had to ask for water, toothbrush, toothpaste even shampoo! I expected to find them without asking in a 5 stars hotel!

Service Nothing

The hotel feels run-down and in terrible shape for what it used to be. The rooms are in pretty rough condition.

The hotel is quite old but well maintained. All the facilities are maintained and functional. The room we got was on the back side (no view just odd buildings) was spacious and quite. The room has a terrace / balcony but don't know for some reason the access to it was blocked. The beds were comfortable, wash room was with bath tub and well maintained. The location is on the European side of Istanbul but is not a walking distance to any prominent landmark or shopping area. Either one has to take a tram (right in front of the hotel) or taxi. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The breakfast buffet has every thing one can imagine from fresh fruits, salad, juices to hot items, breads, pastries. The breakfast space was quite big and never faced any issue whenever we went there. Staff was super efficient in removing used plates and refilling the breakfast items. it is not really dislike but our stay there will be more enjoyable if we have access to the terrace.

I had to ask for hygiene items every time. The room was poorly cleaned. Bathrobes were only brought to the room after we requested them, even though this is a 5-star hotel. Some food items were missing from the refrigerator.

The staff ,the decoration and the cleanliness is beautiful and fantastic

Hotel was great value for price. Clean, comfortable, excellent location. easy to access sights via Tram. Breakfast was exceptional.

Doesn't feel like 5 star hotel I have stayed in 5 star hotel in north America, i dont know why they call it 5 stars Small room , casual bathroom
