The staff is very friendly. The pillows are very old and have lost their shape. The first day I heated water in the kettle, but it was black. the second day there was no coffee - only cream and sugar.

Location , good and fast check-in and check-out, comfortable and clean rooms, there is a Spa center with good services, beautiful and pleasant atmosphere around the pool!

It is so so some parts broken there when I checked in and it is fine There is some dusk on the table and not that clean as I expected before I arrived

The location is good and the staff is extremely friendly above my expectations. The mattress was soft so it did not help for a comfort stay, the room was smoking and it was really smelly. The breakfast is just average, I was expecting a full Turkish breakfast but it was more a continental breakfast with some tips from turkish cuisine.

It was good hotel in good location, clean, quiet, nice view, you can reach to the historical locations by one train only for 10 minutes I just didn’t like the bathroom and the location of shower and mirror, I hope they can fix it soon

This was a very pleasant place. Busy, but not crowded or noisy. Great courtyard with a pool and sunshine. Spa and exercise room was very nice, had a great massage. Easy access to taxis and shuttle tours. It felt like home, safe and easy to navigate the premises for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Menu is ok. Location had bank and nice grocery store within 2 blocks of front door which was nice for the kids and us to get snacks and local produce. Truly the best value we ever experienced in Istanbul. Our 4th time in the city and if traveling with kids, this place was so affordable, yet felt kind of 5 star for our few days there! We booked rooms with 2 beds in each room (adjoining rooms due to 2 kids) and the beds are a bit small. Wish we had at least a queen size bed, but got 2 singles which were pretty modest and small. Not overly generous with towels, but always could get added towels by asking for them. Overall, other than beds which were still ok, the food menu is also decent, but pretty middle of the road. Kids liked it, but for a great meal, you might want to book a taxi to somewhere recommended by the friendly front desk who were awesome! Not much to complain about overall.

It’s nice and clean The Receptionists are very rude even the person in the messages threatening me that I’m lucky to get my booking cancelled and she said she could charge me but they decide not to even I paid online and they wanted a cash as well for the same reservation. For a 5* this should never happened.

No AC in the rooms

The location is ok, lots of shops and restaurants. If you want to walk to the Gran Bazar it’s possible (long walk). Also they let me in a bit earlier than the check in time. They could make an effort the keep things clean. The duvet on my bed was stained and I don’t now if it’s blood or coffee. Also, hair in the toilet. For the price they can do better.
