Fraud. The hotel charged me twice and also tried to use the card details to keep charging once the trip was over. Had to block the card.

I wouldn't say much. Only thing I questioned was the AC/heater unit. I tried to put it on but it did not work. Ain't sure it is me or it was dead. Besides i would only compliment the staff and hotel

The woman at the reception was very kind and helpful but the man was unhelpful and not kind. The staff was not helpful and the facilities was not the same descriptions. An example: there was no refrigerator in my room and no water heater. I came on Saturday and leave atfter one week, but nobody came to clean my room so i asked the reception on Monday to ask why nobody came for cleaning so they said that i need to inform them to send someone to clean my room. So i leaved my key around 11-12 then j backed around 6:30 the room was not cleaned yet, so i asked why so he said the hotel i full and they didn't have time to clean it. Then they sent someon to clean it but he just changed the towels and the sheet bed.... Next day i talked with the reception again to send someone to clean the room so they said you must come during the breakfast so give us the key so we clean the romm.. I explained that i usually don't eat breakfast and i am in a vacation so i usually wake up late so they told me that wjat they have if I am not satisfied about the service and my facilities so I need to talk with the owner in the morning... After that every time i tried to speak with the owner they said he is not here... The man at the reception was not kind and angry with me because i was asking him to send the housekeeping to clean the room. I remember also at the bathroom there was no place to hang up the towels or the bathrobe or for hands. Plus i didn't have a large bed as they said and there was no trash basket around the bed. In addition, there was a lot of noise and I could hear the guests' voices from the adjoining rooms.

Very good location and exellent access! It could be more cleaner, and rooms should have aminifridge and and chair.

Value for money and good location. There is at least one staff that speaks excellent English. staff are very accommodating. For this price point, I think it would be difficult to criticize.
