The location is perfect It is not suitable for families at all, that was not mentioned by any mean which horses me to leave after one hour of my stay and search for another hotel

I have been paid for a place without a refund simply because the photos not the same as the reality and the ladders were like a roller coaster to carry out my own luggages by myself with an infant simply because the property owner manipulated on scene and it was allowed by booking as i tried to communicate for support and nothing has been done !!!!

1. The staff were overly touchy and made me feel uncomfortable. I found this inappropriate and not respectful. 2. The room was not clean upon arrival. There was dust on many surfaces, and I found hair in several areas of the room and bathroom. 3. My booking stated that breakfast was included, but there was no information provided about breakfast, including where, when, or how it was served. 4. This ia not a boutique hotel, but in reality it feels much more like a basic guesthouse with limited services and facilities. Overall, the experience did not match the expectations set by the listing.

It was very well located, and I enjoyed the space that I had to myself. Bed was spacious and the balcony was lovely. I was close enough to tram lines and bus lines that it was very easy for me to get around even after my phone. Check in was easy. Host was lovely. If you’re someone who doesn’t walk well it will be very difficult for you with no elevator. But I didn’t mind it.

Amazing location, beautiful apartment and very secure! Included breakfast at Esmer Cafe was great too! Cars don't come to the hotel, so recommend getting an appropriate drop off location that can be provided to airport taxi.

There is no elevator, just stairs, but.Mr Reza even helped.them with the luggage at departure

- Convenient location: The property is located along a shopping street and is close to Galata Tower, Galata Port, and many shops and restaurants. It’s also within walking distance to the tram. - Nice interior design: The studio feels cozy and home-like, with thoughtful details such as wine glasses, wall pictures, and a carpet, which made the stay more comfortable. - Cleanliness: The room was clean and maintained to a standard you would expect from a serviced stay. - Check-in instructions could be clearer: The reception is on the second floor, and the entrance door requires a key code. I wasn’t provided the code before arrival, and I couldn’t get a timely response through Booking.com messaging. A staff member from a nearby building helped contact reception so I could enter. I also didn’t see this information clearly stated in the hotel listing. It would be helpful if the property sent key access details in advance. - No elevator inside the building: My room was on the fourth floor, and the staircase is narrow. Staff helped with luggage, but guests with heavy bags should be aware. Also, the property is located uphill, so reaching it on foot can be tiring unless using the cable car. - Air conditioning issue: The AC didn’t work during my stay and wasn’t fixed over three days. It didn’t impact me much due to the weather, but it may be an issue during hotter periods.

My stay was absolutely wonderful! The location couldn’t have been better — everything was within walking distance. It made exploring the heart of Istanbul so easy and enjoyable. Reza at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and attentive. He went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and valued.

A special thank you goes to Shah, the receptionist. He was extremely polite, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. His kindness and professionalism made our stay even better. We truly appreciated his warm hospitality. I highly recommend Magnova Hotel to anyone visiting Taksim, excellent service, great comfort, and staff who genuinely care about their guests.

Rooms are spacious and well designed There is some fraying at the edges

Be prepared for noise but in a good way Turkish like to have great time but noisy until 2-3 in the morning

Exceptional location. Amazing rooms. Rengenerative hamam. Water machine was above and beyond....thank you for the thoughtfulness. We had an increadible stay. We slept like babies. Really nice sheets, towels...amazing. I forgot to take pix of rooms, especially the windows that allow so much light in...with room darkening drapes. Sleep was amazing ? so regenerative. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Can't think of one thing.
