Super noisy!!!

Maybe a little better hygiene

Location and staff were very good. It is in the middle of Beyoglu, walk distance to everywhere. Staff were very helpful and nice just cleaners were too loud it was not possible to rest during the day while they were checking the rooms, they were speaking too loud. The bathroom is 5 steps away from the bed and there was a broken, glass window. In the bedroom there was sewer system smell constantly, which even woke us up several times, the bathroom door was not closing completely so the smell was entering inside. Also breakfast was not very good, instead they could give a good sandwich.

An absolute gem of a location, exceptional staff specially Ali who was always helpful. Clean rooms great atmosphere. Would definetly stay here again I think the floor would be better if carpeted or vinyled. Rooms do require some sound proofing

Location is good. WiFi was fast and reliable. Noisy club music late into the night. Really easy to hear other guests in their rooms. One very early morning there was a fight between a couple. The first night there was no hot water. The shower spills water out everywhere. Another day the breakfast room was full, the staff just completely ignored me when I entered the room.

Nothing to say everything was perfect

The club was located in front of the hotel, and there was a lot of noise until 3 AM.

Location The room is very very small

Very central location, nice staff, comfortable bed, 24/7 reception made it a safe and comfortable place to come back to after a night out. Bed sheets were clean, the lighting is really cozy in the room. The breakfast is nice but it could certainly be better.

The room is very small, you can barely move inside, in the pictures it doesn’t look that small. The bathroom door was not closing and was a bit broken, and there was a smell.

Front desk members were so helpful about anything. Enough and Nice breakfast with delicious coffee. Location was the best. There are night clubs on the same street but it didnt bothered me. Alive location.

The location is excellent. It is very close to Galata tower and Taksim square. It is also close to public transportation. It is very clean and tidy. Staff are very friendly and respectful. I cannot say I did not like but it could be improved. There is no self-service breakfast. Breakfast is prepared by staff and served. Everyday is the same menu.

this hotel was the best so far in the city. the location is very central in istanbul and very easy to reach everywhere. the staff really helped me with everything in the hotel and also about istanbul! clean and cute rooms! thank you!<3

The hotel is almost close to everywhere it has a strategic location, you can find everything around, the staff’s were nice and friendly, we really enjoyed the breakfast. The room is smaller than what i tought ,There was always a water leak in the shower what made us use the towels to stop the water , also i don’t believe there is a soundproof system in the room :) , However nice place and i would recommend it

The room was too small

I have been to Istanbul numerous time and I was highly impressed the way all these hotel serve breakfast, however at this hotel the way they served breakfast was not what I was expecting, totally disappointing. I'd never recommend this place.
