Mart, the owner of the hotel was really helpful over the phone as my luggage was lost at the aiprot and the late night arrival got a further delay - 2:30 am. He corresponded well so I can get there OK. It was overnight local bus E10 stop at the Bostanc station after other transportation end. It only took 50 min or so by the bus. The hostel has nice large kitchen, dining room and study area. I got an upper bed (as I arrived really late) and it was a bit hard to climb up as there are no handles to grip on. hope management will take care of the problem. It was like a circus to climb up to the bed and the mattress was not supported by some kind of railings so if you rollover during your sleep, you may end up on the floor with injuries.

I keep coming to this hostel. It is great location to reach from both SAW Sabiha Airport and Kadikoy. It is a 3 floors hostel with coworking area, cinema, meeting room and terrace with nice view. I love the fact that this place has weights on top floor. Good value for the money

I had already stayed in the dorm a night, but stayed 4 nights in a single room due to work demands and needing a quiet space to myself for meetings and work. Taking a shower early in the morning meant no line so no problems there. The kitchen was functional and having a tiny bit of refrigerator space was helpful. The price for the single was about double the dorm price - I debated staying in the single a fifth night but ultimately went back to the dorm as I needed to save money.
-
The women’s dorm felt like a good value for $17 USD a night for the location I needed on the Asian side of Istanbul Others sometimes left the kitchen messy, especially the stove area.
-
The female dorm is a good value- lockers are a decent size, beds fairly comfortable and the other women sharing the room were courteous.

Atmosphere and all of the facilities. Cooperative staff. Distance is far from those tourist destinations in Istanbul.
-
It’s new furnished, well decorated hostel. I like the coworking place and kitchen. They even have weights which is so good for this price point
-
It has a gym and an amazing rooftop and the 6th floor has cinema and groups offices Nothing to add here

Friendly staff, very convenient location (direct line to airport), the rooms and the bathrooms were clean. There wasn’t any hot water in the shower. The place was hard to find - the entrance is hidden and there’s no sign anywhere.

The facilities are nice. Plenty of common space, nice showers, nice shared bathrooms. Location is okay if you want to explore the Asian side of the city a bit but it’s a little bit far from anywhere too exciting. Guy at reception let me store my bag in a locker when I arrived early in the morning, which I appreciated. The biggest problem is that the room absolutely does NOT have AC like Booking says it does. This caused other problems. It was maybe 23 degrees outside but still REALLY hot in the room so I had to sleep with the door open for airflow. The staff was so inconsiderate and had no problems with sitting right outside of the bedrooms and playing games on their phone at full volume, making phone calls, turning the hallway lights on at 2 am, etc. I had to ask them to go to the common area instead of sitting outside of the room and they said “why don’t you just close the door?” Complete lack of consideration, approaching lack of civilization. Even with the window open, there was okay airflow through the room but the bed itself is boxed in and was still extremely hot. This is the main reason why I left. I had to sleep with a mini fan blowing and was still hot. I’m 99% sure all of the good reviews are from the worldpackers and work away people who stay there for free. In fact, during my stay, I don’t think I saw another person who was just a random traveler like me- I think every single person in the hostel was a volunteer worker, usually sitting around talking on their phones. Very odd. Because everyone there is volunteering there, they seemed very cliquey and not social at all. Can’t check in early, even though there is literally no cleaning to be done because the staff makes you make your bed yourself anyway. So even though the room was empty, I had to wait until 2 pm to check in. Pay extra for laundry or for towel. Overall, in my opinion, I don’t think it’s worth the price. If it were $10 per night, I think it would be reasonable. You can find much much much better in more exciting neighborhoods for $15/per night.

No lock on the door to the woman room. I was staying 1 night in May and it was so cold inside the room and no blanket (i don't know if i could ask about it, but i woke up at night cause of freezing a lot), so better ask about it in just in case if you'll be staying not during summer or on the rainy day

No air conditioning

Very cheap price. Room is not clean.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, lockers. I didn’t use but they have well equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer. Also I didn’t use but there’s a coworking space with private rooms and PC’s as I understand. Clean. Nice Menemen spot in neighborhood (menemenci boatanci), bus stops are close, but in overall location is unsightly They don’t provide towels Neighbor snored all night long. It was painfully loud. Of course that’s not the property’s fault, you’ve got to be prepared for such things when you stay in a hostel.

Close to the metro, easy to travel to the S. Gökçen airport, pleasant staff, good working space. The beds are conveniently designed with curtains, a charging port, and hooks to hang some clothes and a bag. Perfect to get inside and not have to leave your “room”. The bathrooms weren’t great. They weren’t terrible but they weren’t clean either, even for a hostel. Same for the beds.

It is a hidden gem of Istanbul. I booked it for a sleepover, but it became a great hostel with comfortable beds, facilities, and polite staff. I slept so well and worked in peace. Also, the location is just perfect if you have a flight from Sabiha Gokcen Airport, it's only 50 minutes away by the metro, and there are no further transfers. I can't recommend this place enough.

Over the years, Mert (owner) has made improvements in the hostel facilities such as shower availability, common area (lounge), kitchen, lockers and workstations for the comfort of guests. He definitely listens to the needs of guests and does his best to provide outstanding hospitality.
