Tv did not work. Although we contacted the hotel reps, they did not fix it. Parking should have been free. They charged 50TL when I had to leave the hotel with my car. That is the most rediculous charge I have ever seen . It was very cheap move for the Dedeamn group to milk their customers.

I had a great stay at Park Dedeman Bostancı. The hotel is modern, clean, and ideally located for both business and leisure. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is calm and professional. One highlight of my stay was the restaurant—both the food and service were excellent. A special mention goes to Mr. Aşkın, whose warm hospitality and attentive service truly elevated the experience. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay again.

The rooms are spacious, the staff is really friendly, room service works fine. They always bring water to the rooms, which is also really nice. Nice extra like slippers and extra kits. The smell in the rooms. I had a really unpleasing smell in one room - I told the reception they changed my room, but then the next room smelled like cigarettes. I am generally sensitive when it comes to smells, but it shouldn’t be like this in a four star hotel. Internet is not working well.

The size of the room. The location isn’t safe. many garages and auto shops in the surroundings. The fitness room is poorly equipped with bad ventilation. The. AC is not turned on in your room unless you call reception and ask for it. No room service.
