Very bad experience No please remove this hotel from booking.com it affects your reputation very bad experience and unhygienic

Bit unclean

i got sick after staying here for a few days, there is no hygiene or cleanliness thought out the hotel.

It was very bad experience so dirty and they lie for us we didn’t went there to hotel because when we book it show so nice and we told them that not a same what we see in pictures they say you can go out and get your money from booking I am can show you proof and I send email to the booking but I didn’t get answer I want get my money back

There is air conditioner; no cockroaches. The room is in poor condition, it needs repairment. In particular, ridiculously small shower & toilet room, something is pouring out of the mattress of the bed, uncomfortable, narrow staircase, noise from the corridor. Location is not very good: a bit to far from public transport, the district is strange.

All was good.Staff very good.Hotel taps WC needs maintenance. Tap falling....WC leaking.....

Nothing, just Istanbul. We didn't have a breakfast. People who are working there were so unprofessional, they wanted to kick us out of the hotel on the last day. They were saying that we didn't pay everything, but we payed all. They didn't gave us a bill when we were paying, in the night we arrived, so we called a police. Also, pictures on booking are fake, apartment is so different in live. Room was so dirty, full of bugs, mark is 1.

Nothing to like There is bed bugs, the room is just okay, small room, and bathroom is very small. Overall the hotel is not clean. Toilets are dirty. Staff doesn’t speak English, we are using google translate to communicate. I’m with my 2 friends. We paid 4 nights but stayed only one night because of too much bed bugs. We are requesting a refund at least for one 2 nights but they didn’t refund. They want to transfer us in another room and to give medicine for itchiness, but we can’t stay anymore that’s why we are requesting for refund but they didn’t give. They did not even apologize for the bed bugs and did not offer anything to us. So we decided to checkout without a refund. Too bad.

When we arrived, I asked about breakfast and was told NO BREAKFAST. This was a big thing for us as we budgeted for a breakfast when we booked and to be told EMPHATICALLY NO BREAKFAST was a shock. Because I reserved with my card a week or two prior, I did not want to leave and have the hotel debit my card. We discovered the evening that they had no cups, saucers, plates or even cutlery - imagine our shock - we ate out ( extra expense) Abdulkader ( not sure of his position here) wanted to give us a different room than what was booked and upon showing him the booking, I insisted that he give us what was reserved - we were two people with three beds, and he wanted to shove us into a smaller room. The room was clean, the shower is a health hazard with mould everywhere - the curtain was off curtain rail and pinned with a safety pin - all 3 mattresses are on boards on top of the bases. There is a tv, however we never used it. Had to ask for toilet paper every day as the roll was inefficient for two people.not sufficient plugs in the room and we had to ask for extension lead for the fridge, tv and AC. Our phones was also charged from extension lead, the cleaning lady left the cleaning equipment outside our room everyday, with a rubbish bin that was mostly full - the AC DRIPPED CONSTANTLY ON THE 3rd bed when it was switched on, which would have been impossible to sleep on due to it being bed. We used same towels for 8!days, had to ask for the room to be cleaned. Which they did once, on our 6th day.and still the towels were not replaced. Overall, the hotel was misrepresented and falsely advertised The carpets on the stairway need A good vacuum. We requested to stay an extra day As we booked late for accommodation elsewhere and - even though we paid the price for the extra day, my friend was told we had to be out by 8 am as the boss will be coming at 12. Normal time according the hotel is 12 noon to vacate room. We asked for a receipt for the extra one day and was told by abdulkader to come in the morning. On check out he wasn’t there and we asked Uthman for receipt, he again told us to come when ‘boss’ is there

Good location for walking and shopping

The majority of the staff did their best the make the stay comfortable. Reservations for a taxi was on time. The bathroom/shower is way to small. You can’t take a shower and use the toilet after. Every thing is wet. Administration of the stay is not accurate.
