Sura Concept Hotel

Literally, the smallest hotel rooms I have ever stayed at in the entire world and I have traveled extensively. I would estimate the room size at 120 ft.². It is clearly intentional and deceptive that they do not state the size of the room on Booking.com See above

Amazing location, very comfortable, bedding and sheets, high-quality finish on everything The bathroom had radiant floor heating, and it could not be turned off. The room was very warm, but I left the window open.

We really loved everything; the breakfast, the room and the bed too. We just had a really good sleep after a whole day of travelling around the Istanbul. The staffs were also helpful; Bayram, Erturan and Gulli gave a good service to us. We really recommend to stay in Sura Concept Hotel No everything is good

Location 1. Check-in time is 2 PM. We arrived at 3 PM, but the room still wasn’t ready. They told us to wait and said they’d come get us — they never did. However, when I asked to extend my check-out by just one hour because I wasn’t feeling well, they flat-out denied it. 2. The reception here is useless. Three hotels share one front desk, and there’s basically no one there. They’re not willing to help at all — just read the other negative reviews and you’ll see the same complaints. There’s a big guy working there who is completely unhelpful. I called four times just to ask for bottles of water — four times! — and no one deliver them 3. The room is small. It looks new, but everything feels cheap and poorly made. 4. No safety at all. Anyone can walk up to your room — no key card needed for access.

Sura Concept Hotel rooms are reaaaallllly smalll, you will even not have a space to open your luggage.

Excellent and clean hotel, staff maintains the property well. Big shoutout to the cleaner - Superma he was very polite and ensured that the room was clean every day. The front desk was able to guide us on the important attractions in Istanbul

Everything was just perfect, Great personnel ( specially Fatma) , They all met us with a smile and helped us. Although the hotel is in the middle of the action, the rooms were vey quiet and calm, packed with all u need, We liked the breakfast in Hagia Sophia hotel. Leaving :D

Comfortable room looking new. Comfortable bed and nice soundproofing. Nicely situated near restaurants, cafés and central sightseeing places. Nice selection on breakfast. Breakfast was in another building (either Hagia Sophia Hotel next door or Sura Design Hotel across the street - 5th floor nice view) but we were aware of this. Same with spa facilities, situated in Hagia Sophia Hotel. Room was quite small but decent-sized for 2 adults.

Sura Concept Hotel was more than what my husband and I expected. The hotel staff were exceptional. Upon our late arrival, we were met with a warm friendly welcome by Ahmed at reception before being directed to our room. I was awestruck by the cosy ambience as we opened our room door. The bed linen was immaculately white. There was sufficient towels,toiletries teas, coffee and bottled water. Sura Concept is a about a minute's walk from Sultanamet station and within a short walking distance from the blue mosque and other attractions. It was always good to return to a clean and cozy room after a long day of touring. Thanks to the dedicated housekeeping team. Thank you to AJ at reception for your friendly conversations,advice and interest in our wellbeing. We had the most interaction with Fadma. We conversed about almost everything from history to politics. What an awesome, warm friendly individual. Thank you for your advice and suggestions on the different sites to visit, the transportation syatem and the amenities at the three hotels. A special thank you to waiter and waitress Daminda and Roya and at the terrace restaurant in Sura Design for your exceptional service with a smile. It was always pleasure to see you'll at breakfast. Keep up the good work. Thank you for making our stay memorable Sarah Water in the shower took a few minutes to warm up.
