The overall cleanliness of the hotel and the service provided by the staff were very satisfying. However, the breakfast did not quite meet my expectations. Despite this, my overall experience was very positive.

Despite clearly requesting a non-smoking room, I was given a smoking room that smelled very strongly of cigarettes. Later it turned out that they couldn’t change my room because all the others were fully booked. Secondly, the room was quite hot, and the air conditioning did not work on cooling mode. I was told that it only works for heating. When I tried to open the window, the noise from the street was extremely loud, making it impossible to sleep. There were even earplugs left on the bedside table, which clearly shows that the hotel is aware of how noisy it is.

I was over overcharged for laundry. I was charged $160 USD. Majority of my clothing was 4 undergarments, 4 pairs of Sox. Couple of shirts and pants. Plus they didn’t notify me of the price before hand so that I have option to opt out.

The design and interior were nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfy, it exceeded my expectations. The price was much cheaper than other hotels. I am very happy with my stay. Highly recommended. The room was too dim. It needs additional lighting.
