We couldn’t switch AC on cooling option, as per hotel staff that option was not available because they already switched to winter season, so we could use only settings just for fan and heating. That made our stay very uncomfortable because in the rooms was super hot. Somehow we managed to open window fully (even as per hotel is only tilted inwards) for some fresh air, but then on street was super noisy.

Loved how attentive the staff was Yusuf was lovely he suggested where who could grab food to eat. All staff was attentive. Had surgery so i required ice every few hours in which i received my ice packs every few hours. Had such a lovely experience recommend this to anyone who is looking for a budget friendly hotel with amazing customer service. My flight was in the night in which they allowed me to leave my luggage at reception which meant I could go to eat before getting my transfer to the airport.

The room was very comfortable and clean. Really pleasant staff, thank you Bilal! Unfortunately some guests smoked in their rooms even though it is forbidden and then there was a smoke everywhere! It would be nice to have more fruits options for breakfast.
