Very stylish decor.. The food!

We had a great stay at the bank hotel. It is a beautiful hotel in a great location to visit all tourist and non tourist sites. The rooms and decor were amazing. The breakfast.

Clean and comfortable Breakfast and coffee on the main floor could have been better.

The room was beautifully designed and detailed with high ceilings and a great shower room. The hotel is very well located for ease of access to the principal attractions of Istanbul such as the Bosphorus ferries, old town and Karaköy. The breakfast was delicious with a wide choice of foods. The rooftop bar was also a great facility with beautiful views. It was difficult to find and work the controls for the privacy instructions.

Coziness, location, small boutique, scent/smell Everything was nice. Except for the spa the lady who did my reflexology massage wasn’t that good and finished a few minutes earlier!!

Amazing location! Walkable to restaurants if you ever leave, or the restaurant there is fantastic! Breakfast was distinct and on entirely other level! Honestly nothing! The staff handled parking the rental car and everything was smooth and peaceful!!

The staff were attentive, the rooftop bar had an amazing view of the Bosphorus, the restaurant was excellent, turn down service was unexpected. We didn't include breakfast in our reservation, and the breakfast bar was average and very expensive to pay individually. We're not big breakfast eaters, but paying 20£ for coffee and oatmeal was way over-priced. There was no option for a la carte breakfast.

Location was ok. Rooms very well cleaned and kept. Complimentary water bottle daily. Spa was no more than a 3star. Hard to sleep with the quality of the bed linens should definitely be of better quality. Not a 5star in service either. Overall between a 3-4star.

Design and location are top. Plus amenities are excellent / beds, shower, lights, air conditioning/ Out of three times staying here breakfast was mediocre this time. I mean food. Service and staff always perfect and professional .

Nice Hotel in a great location! Rooftop Bar was beautiful and enjoyable. A bit expensive for a couple of glasses of wine : $35

Loved the history of the building, the beautiful interior design, the service, the staff and attention to detail and of course, the location was perfect for everything we wished to experience in Istanbul Loved everything
