Location, great staff, extremely clean. Limited amenities

The location was absolutely perfect; nearby restaurants, fun shops and great sites - a convenience store two doors down came in clutch. The hotel is located within walking distance to the tram and ferry. The 45 minute transit from the airport was convenient. The breakfast spread was top notch. The staff was super helpful; our room was cleaned and stocked every day, Taha at the front desk gave great insights. No complaints.

Due to central location, it was a bit laud outside.

The bed was very hard, which caused stiffness and pain.

Fantastic location and excellent staff. A walk across the bridge to get to the golden horn. A five minute walk to the Galata tower and other nearby destinations. And the staff are professional and friendly. 1. The property is divided into two buildings on two different streets. It’s a bit inconvenient. 2. The noise on the fourth floor breakfast/dinner spot of chairs and tables moving impacts the rooms on the third floor especially in the night. 3. Minor repairs were needed in the room when I arrived (curtains, shower etc) which the staff did immediately. 4. Room storage for clothes etc was limited.

The location of the hotel is excellent. You can walk to most of the big tourist destinations or take the tram. There also is a ferry terminal super close by. The area has a lot of good restaurants of different levels (basic to Michelin). The people in the hotel are super nice and it probably has the best shower we ever experienced. We liked the decoration of the hotel. We'd come back without hesitation. The breakfast was a bit hit or miss. It is not buffet style, but you are served. Which can be nice, but also reduces your control. Also, things didn't always work great. Servers forgot part of the order multiple times (distributed across days), and hard-boiled eggs were elusive for the kitchen (we had multiple experiences where we asked for hard-boiled eggs and got eggs where the white was not fully cooked). I think we got a good deal on breakfast (15 EUR per person per night), but I wouldn't pay the 25 EUR regular price. The hotel does not have a gym, but you can find one close by for about 20 USD per day. The area is quite touristy, so all the coffee shops around charge US prices or more (6-10 USD for a latte).

The hotel was well located near Galata Tower, it was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The hotel was also near transportation and many restaurant options. I was pleasantly surprised to find out it was a Marriott Bonvoy property too. It was a little awkward that the breakfast was at their sister hotel. You did have to exit the hotel, but it wasn’t far. The breakfast is a good value if you prepay it, and a very good selection.

I loved the location and the building's charming architecture. A bit dark because my room was located on a narrow side street. The blow dryer and coffee maker were not working.

Only the location. I was looking forward to staying at this hotel due to its historical significance, but the experience was deeply disappointing. The front desk staff(during the checking) was unprofessional and unwelcoming — lacking basic courtesy such as eye contact and a polite tone. I do not intend to return. While the physical amenities were passable, the overall quality of service, particularly at check-in, was unacceptable. Additionally, the room had a coffee machine but no coffee was provided, and the table in the room was visibly dirty.

Overall, room services, check in, breakfast, location. Not easy to get Uber, it turned out the hotel has 2 locations, one is on big street & the other is in the back alley. Breakfast restaurant is separated from my stay. This is not a complaint, just a fact. I like the locations.

Hotel staff took care that taxis to the airport arrived on time and that price would be fixed before leaving the hotel. There is a very welcome atmosphere in the reception at all times. The rooms are beautiful and breakfast is outstanding.

They change all room to stander

Location is amazing. cleanness of the room is excellent and the cozyness atmosphere is wow I was in room 3307 (just below the roof restaurant) and it there were a daily late-night noise from dragging things and tables / chairs maybe that caused us a truly unpleasant noise. The A/C in the room is not properly functioning and also was causing noise.

The property was located in a good location walkable to Galata Tower and also if you are up to it 20-30 min walk to the Egyptian Spice market. The facilities weren’t THE best and the space was very small so it was uncomfortable to open and close our luggage to get our clothes. We think the staff needs some extra training in English, most of them were really nice but lacked training to actually be helpful. We asked several questions and would get confusing and weird answers e.g. restaurant recommendations and would proceed to not give any.
