Amazing location! I originally had a hotel booked up near Galata Tower but switched last minute to Azzap and I’m so glad I did. This location is perfect! 5 minutes from the ferry, the bridge over to old town and the tram up to Galata. Was so nice to be in such a central location and not have to trek up the hill to Galata every time. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and spoke great English. It’s also quiet which is rare to fine in a city like this. It’s tucked back off the busy street so we could not hear the street noise despite being in such a busy area. The rooftop restaurant was also a nice addition with great views of the city. 10/10 would recommend! My only complaint was the coffee at breakfast was very watery and weak. That’s the only negative I can think of.

Very Good location (especially if you avoid Tersane str. and prefer Bankalar str), great price/quality balance, excellent staff. The sea view room was OK, not really spacious and the view was not unobstructed but overall was clean and the mattress was comfortable. Need to mention that the breakfast was not very extensive but of high quality and very very tasty. Really excellent. Special thanks to the reception staff who were very welcoming and kind but also to the wonderful smiling lady (Burcu) at the breakfast area. The fact that you cannot really access by car and transfer is not very easy.

it was our first visit to Istanbul, and the location was perfect. all the main must visit places were very close, you can either get on foot, or take tramway which is 200 meters from hotel. room was cozy and clean ? very comfy bed, quiet at night and safe around the hotel. too small room, but not so critical. anyway you gonna come back late at night just for showering and sleep, Istanbul is the city for walking all day around ?

We stayed on one room of the upper floor, and was spacious, clean, with nice view and well-equipped with everything we needed. The breakfast area offered an impressive view. The breakfast itself had an adequate variety, and we especially enjoyed the egg dishes. Last but not least, the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay more comfortable—from arranging an early check-in and assisting with taxi communication to helping me organize a surprise for my daughter’s birthday. P.S. As a female traveler with a teenage daughter, I initially had some concerns about the safety of the area after reading a few previous comments. However, I can confidently say that we felt safe everywhere in Istanbul, including around the hotel. -

I expected somewhat bigger reception area wit a bar downstair but they have ot on the roof. I guess I didnt properly look into pictures :-) Also from the description and numer of stars one would expect something more luxury an dmodern, but I guess Turkey standards are different here and stars in Istambul are not same as start in Vilius. All in all, no big deal, I had a good stay. and again, I have to praise peopl ethat work there - all of them are superfriendly and supportive ,which created an ambiente that beats fancy hotel reception spaces!

Great location: easy to reach from the airport (IST) by metro, close to tram and ferry. Nice and helpful staff, fairly new and modern bathroom, comfortable bed, very clean. Very good breakfast, also with lots of local specialties. Nice view from top floor bar/restaurant. Hotel not too large, has got a rather cozy vibe. Room size was ok but not big. No chair or arm chair (due to the size of the room, I guess).
