Amazing and kind staff, clean and attentive housekeepers, great and various breakfast, cats! Not sure if it’s normal in turkey but no microwaves to heat up leftovers, fridges with no space, and no laundry room

Great hotel! The room is spacious, the staff is very friendly, the breakfast is good. Rüya was very attentive to everyone during breakfast and made us feel special! Everything is good!

Nothing The receptionist was very rude and unhelpful. He gave me the room key without informing me that the room was located in another building, which forced me to search for it myself. The room was very worn out, and the sofas were stained and dirty.

Nothing The receptionist was very rude and uncooperative. He gave me the room key without telling me that the room was located in another building. Housekeeping did not clean the room or change the trash, there were no tissues at all in the room, and the toilet was broken.

The breakfast was great with lots of options and there staff are friendly and helpful. The location has traffic issues especially in the evenings . My deluxe suite was great with specious lounge and kitchen with amazing night views of the city . Great WIFI The buffet breakfast is similar every day and the evening traffic which takes hours
