I asked for my money back so I can go to other hotel I was ready to pay cancelation fee but there manager kept blaming booking. Com when it was him who didn’t want to come to agreement. Bathrooms look at the pics.

Room cleaning service was not done regularly. We had to call reception 3 consecutive days to clean the rooms during our stay.

The location was a 15-20 mins walk from Taksim square and the nearest attractions. Staff was very friendly and supportive with special thanks to Seyhmiss for his care and understanding. Would highly recommend asking him for Tour and transportation services. The walls are thin and you could hear your neighbors unfortunately but it is in a less crowded neighborhoud so the public noise is contained.

The hotel was good overall. The room was ok. The bed was very confortable. The breakfast was good. A good manager may make this hotel to be excellent. The location. You have to walk up/down the hill to reach to transportation. Also the dolapdere street was too dirty.

I recently stayed at HUBI Hotel in Şişli, Istanbul, and overall, it was a great experience. The hotel is modern and impeccably clean. The room I stayed in was on the smaller side, which is expected with the standard room, and the bathroom was also compact, but everything was spotless and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, assisting with luggage and arranging taxi transfers smoothly. I’ll make sure to mention their names here: Şeyhmus and Sinan. The location is quite convenient, just about a 10-minute walk to Taksim Square. The breakfast was delightful, offering a variety of options each morning. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend HUBI Hotel for travelers who don’t mind the walk. Keep in mind that the hotel is situated downhill, so walking back might involve a bit of an uphill climb. It’s something to consider if you have mobility concerns.

That was a really good hotel. Thanks for the workers there, they are very friendly and can help with any question, handling conversation. Good breakfasts, but sometimes some food is over and they don't serve it, like watermelon, cake etc. Clean rooms, good spot, next to Nishentash (very good area for tourists). I think main admin should get a promotion. However the street is full of car services and not comfortobale to walk, you have to go up the street to get nice walk. Rooms are not sound-isolated. Some doubts about safe security. Didnt work the SPA and Hammam at the moment (they say it is on reconstruciton). But it was the decision maker, so they dont offer any alternatives, which is not good.
