Extremely clean rooms with very comfortable beds. Outstanding service and very friendly and professional staff at reception and restaurant. Check in was so quick and was offered a bottle of water and tea and coffee but I only took the water. Everything was well organized at the hotel and you can clearly feel the Hilton Hugh standards of service and staff attitude; professional and friendly. Top quality of towels, bed covers and shower consumables. Breakfast exceeded my expectations of quality of coffee and selection of food. Location is great as the hotel has an exit to Taksim and Nisantashi areas with walkable distance. I will definitely come back to this 4* hotel with an exceptional 5* hotel service and quality. There is no sound insulation between the rooms. You can hear everything happening in the hallway and the neighboring rooms; all the noise and movements of other guests reach you. The stay was not comfortable. Also, the breakfast was not tasty—it was very ordinary, and the pastries were always not fresh. and The hotel’s location is poor—it overlooks a dump, and you can’t walk around it; the surrounding roads are all uneven, like obstacles and hills.

This is a new construction and the hotel is modern and comfortable. The staff is phenomenal. They were so welcoming and professional, going beyond every day. The breakfast is complete and delicious. The gym is great as well. The room is comfortable and has all the amenities we needed. The towels smell like flowers. The location is perfect, close to Taksim, and we were able to go everywhere from there. The value for the price is the best in Istanbul.
