Our stay at The Ritus was absolutely wonderful! It was an unexpected stay of 4 days due to a flight delay, and it was a perfect spot to recharge. I’m very picky when it comes to hotels, but I had zero complains this time round! We were greeted upon arrival with delicious drinks and sweets, and staff was very helpful and friendly during our whole stay. Manager Emre was especially helpful when I needed something in the room to be fixed, he addressed it promptly and with zero delay! Our room was very comfortable and VERY clean. Pillows, blankets and bed sheets are top quality! I highly recommend this hotel, hope to be back one day! PS. I forgot something in the room and was able to contact staff via WhatsApp and they put my things away and I still need to schedule a pick up to have it delivered to the USA, honestly this is amazing! Impeccable service! There was no such thing.

Actually, I needed to cancel my reservation at the last minute. I was very excited to visit my hometown, and I had a guest with me for a planned Istanbul tour. However, I needed to cancel last minute, but my friends stayed there. The hotel management, front desk, and all staff are very friendly. Even from far away, they made me proud in front of my guests. I didn't hear anything negative. Thank you once again to Ritus Sultanahmet's kind and thoughtful staff!!! nothing

Our stay at Hotel Ritus Istanbul was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth, traditional sweets, and tea - such a beautiful welcome that instantly made us feel at home. Mrs. Gözde Hanedar is truly the soul of this place - always there, incredibly attentive, and making sure everything runs perfectly. You can feel her dedication in every detail! The hotel rooms are relatively small but offer all the comforts to feel relaxed. Everything is new and very well thought out for your comfort. Breakfast was delicious and full of variety - the perfect start before exploring the city. The location couldn't be better - just a short walk from Istanbul's main attractions, markets, and charming streets. I would also like to mention a number of people who made sure our stay was a worry-free one: AJ (Ece) from the Concierge department who was also very helpful in helping us with booking a relaxing hammam; Mert; Mert Ali; Emre; Oguz as well and the lady who supervises the breakfast activity - unfortunately I didn't catch her name - it was very early in the morning sorry ... We truly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for genuine Turkish hospitality and people who love what they do. nothing

Beautiful property, nicely decorated. Very comfortable. Good amenities. Very convenient location to main sights. Only complaint was laundry. I was assure they could do same day laundry, but when I asked about it in the evening they seemed like it wasn’t ready and wouldn’t really tell me what was going on. It did show up late in the evening, but was a bit stressful as I was leaving early the next day.

Ritus Hotel is an amazing new hotel right in the heart of Sultanahmet near all the main tourist attractions. the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay, and the facilities were unmatched. Hotel breakfast was the best i’ve ever had!
