Great location, friendly helpful reception staff. Breath taking view of the mosque lit up at night from the 6th floor restaurant. Overall an enjoyable stay. Enjoyed taking photos on the rooftop terrace wearing the hotel provided costumes.I would have liked more time to explore but time was limited. I am hoping to return with my wife for a longer stay. No shower gel only body lotion and there was an unpleasant smell of stagnant water in the bathroom.

Staff helpful except for one man. One of the staff came into the dining room and yelled that everyone needed to move right now to the upstairs dining room that he had another group coming in. Hurry! Hurry! I was finished anyway and tired after the walking I had done that day. I didn't want to go upstairs just to pay my bill. Walking is painful for me and stairs are difficult. He insisted that I go upstairs now and pay there. I refused and sat down until they brought my bill and I paid it; during which time only enough people for two tables came in. I didn't appreciate being yelled at!

Central location for mom/daughter to explore Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, etc. Felt safe walking everywhere, even at night. Multiple restaurants and stores nearby. In-house spa facilities reasonably priced. Helpful staff and beautiful rooftop restaurant with views of Blue Mosque. Included breakfast had many choices, even for my vegetarian daughter. Grab dinner/drink at night to enjoy the views.

Where do I start? Location is amazing - very close to many touristic spots which you will enjoy. It's very close to the public transport - which makes it easier to travel around the city. I would say this hotel has 3 treasures: location, the view from the roof terrace (believe me, it's amazing) and the people who are working there (all from the cleaning, restaurant and especially reception). We felt welcome every day, and I want to thank the reception for all your help and advice. You all made our stay in Istanbul unforgettable. The only thing I can mention it's a bit poor noise isolation in the rooms - so you can hear pretty much everything in the next door room.

Location was spectacular! Thoroughly enjoyed the hamam that was super convient since it was also in the hotel. The view from the restaurant was lovely and the beds were very comfortable. Has everything you need for a stay in Istanbul that’s comfortable and close to all the main attractions Breakfast options were somewhat limited, and could’ve included more traditional Turkish options for guests to try. Small things like spoons were missing from the rooms which made it hard to take advantage of all the amenities.

Location is really good, right in the middle of the old city. Property is clean, The hotel is ok, I don’t think this is a 4 star hotel, maybe a 3 , rooms for 3 people at definitely not big enough. And facilities are fine but not for a 4 star hotel.

• The location is excellent, very close to major attractions. • The rooftop has an amazing view. • Breakfast was good, with a nice variety. • Staff were kind and helpful, which we appreciated. I stayed at Lady Diana Hotel with my wife during our vacation, and unfortunately the experience was far below expectations. 1. Room & Bed: The room was extremely small, and the bed was even worse .. very narrow and uncomfortable. We asked for an upgrade, but were told all beds are the same size. The rooms are also very noisy with poor sound isolation. 2. Hot Water Issue: We had a problem with the hot water (it didn’t work at all), and when we tried contacting reception, the phone in the room also didn’t work. 3. Room Smell: The room had a very unpleasant smell that made the stay uncomfortable. 4. Hammam & Sauna: Access to the hammam and sauna was not free for hotel guests something that was not mentioned or clarified during the booking.

Clean, modern, great location, nice terrace The rooms were pretty small and the beds tiny. Maybe 80cm wide twin beds and that’s too bad as everything else was nice.
