Staff was extremely helpful and kind. They suggested even a choice - showed a few available rooms, so we choosed the most convenient for us. Breakfast was nice, included everything anyone needs. Good quality and service for this price. Everything was really good for the price we payed.

Location. Close to the tram station. Plenty of affordable cafe’s and restaurants within close proximity. Havaist airport shuttle within walking distance which is very convenient and cost effective for arriving to and departing Istanbul. Room and bedding clean. WIFI was very good. The connection of the SMART TV was strong and stable when watching Netflix and Prime. An early 9am check in was allowed as our flight into Istanbul arrived at 6am. The main entrance door to the building was often found open or unlocked. Aircon in room was not functioning effectively. The blind on the windows is not a block out material which causes the morning sun to wake up. This was annoying when we wanted to sleep late. Three down lighters fused. One above the bed, one upon entering the room and the bathroom light. No three point plug in room. This is critical for wanting to charge my laptop.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Row Taksim Hotel and it was truly an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel exceeded all my expectations in terms of hygiene, service, and overall comfort. First and foremost, cleanliness was impeccable. Every corner of the hotel, from the lobby to the rooms and even the smallest details, was spotless. The housekeeping team did an excellent job maintaining a pristine and fresh environment throughout my stay, which made me feel completely at ease.

Staff were helpful especially to help get a taxi in Istanbul could be challenging and fatal. My room was located on fifth floor and guess what. There was no life. Yeah, you have carry all your luggage to 5th floor The bedroom was full of hair and sign of pee from multiple urination maybe

MIRROR, it was shown in the photos but couldn't find in tge room. It was really disturbing to find only a small mirror at the bathroom.

Great location with friendly staff who allowed for flexible check in times. The room was comfortable and provided what I needed which was basically just a place to sleep. Really close to a metro station which helped a lot. Plenty of restaurants and bars walking distance from the hotel. The hotel was a bit noisy. Might just have been the time I was there but could often hear people coming and going in a very inconsiderate way. My room was also street facing on the ground floor so I could hear a lot going on outside. I think there could be an improvement in toiletries provided.

All the staff is really friendly big thanks to Emre he is really nice and helpful the room is clean and new they change my bedsheets every time I wanted the cleaning lady is so kind the hotel is close to taksim square and everything is around food supermarket SIM card store I went out at night alone and it’s very safe neighborhood but if you’re staying more than one week better book the suite

Spacious, well lightеd, and clean room. It's 10 min. from Taksim Square - a vibrant location, but the place itself is very quiet. Our room was under the roof and had a broad view of the city from the balcony. No lift. Climbing the stairs wasn't a problem for us as we didn't have much luggage.
