Vialand Palace Hotel

Great family hotel with clean, spacious rooms and a good location. Special thanks to Eren and Abdullah at reception for their kindness, professionalism, and excellent service. Nothing major.

Breakfast is poor

Nice cozy hotel on top of a hill, connected conveniently to a theme park, indoor playground (in a mall), a mall, and food court. The rooms are huge and comfortable, the wifi is fast and smooth, and the breakfast spread is good. Ercan and Hamza at the front desk had been very helpful throughout our stay and helped with any questions we have. Recommended for families.

The hotel staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our interaction with them. They listened carefully to our concerns and did their best to assist us in a professional and respectful manner. The staff responded promptly to our questions and requests, and we appreciate their efforts to provide support despite the limitations they faced regarding the condition of the property. Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing and far below our expectations. The condition of the property was not accurately reflected in the photos shown on the website, which did not reveal the major maintenance issues we encountered upon arrival. The cooridoors showed clear signs of neglect. The wallpaper was peeling in several areas, and there was visible water damage and staining on both the walls and ceilings. These issues gave theplace an overall appearance of poor maintenance and significantly affected our comfort. In addition, the master bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it unsuitable for a restful stay. Due to the condition of the hotel, we decided that we could not stay there and immediately changed our reservation to another hotel. We did not spend a single night at the property. We believe the hotel's online photos should be updated to accurately represent its current condition so that future guests can make informed decisions before booking.

All the staff were friendly and caring for everything.the reception staffs specially are very amazing. The driver also very friendly and helpful and giving nice tour inside the city. The room is well prepared and clean. The hotel is so near to the vialand theme park and also close to so many restaurants and shopping malls. Very amazing and highly recommend .

The bathroom faucet didn't work, and I had to get up 10 times a night to turn it off.

Room size

The best thing about this hotel is its great location — right next to an amusement park with free standard tickets provided by the hotel, and a nearby mall offering unlimited dining and shopping options from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. The hotel has no swimming pool, nor satellite TV in my room, which was disappointing for the kids. The safe box was not working and, despite two attempts to fix it and promises to send technical staff, it was never repaired or replaced, forcing me to carry my valued belongings everywhere. Only one receptionist spoke fluent English, making communication difficult when he was absent. The family room (one king bed and two twins) included only two free water bottles, with extras requiring payment and self-pickup from the restaurant. Breakfast starts at 7 a.m., finishes at 10:30 am, had limited options, and there was no made-to-order egg station. Staff are helpful and trying their best, but never smiled or greeted the guests.

Everything was excellent: clean, spotless, the location, and the services. But what impressed me most was the attentive and knowledgeable staff. I would especially like to thank the staff, Eren, Özgon, and Serhat, for their leadership, cooperation, and energetic smiles. They were the reason I like this place and enjoyed it. I recommend this hotel to everyone. And I will repeat the experience again.

Very spacious room, good breakfast. The convenience of the mall and its food court was wonderful. The park seemed nice. However, we never went their as our trip was short. Far from the city and the historic places.

There was to much noise coming from other rooms and the roof was knocking all the time
