The room layout is good. My room (5001) in particular had plumbing issues. It wasn't draining properly. I stayed in the second building. Breakfast is served only in the first building.

… I was robbed while being in the accommodation. The door was damaged, and you can open it with every card you have. The staff told me that they will look at the cameras, but since then nobody told me exactly what happed, they even didn’t greet me with good morning etc. They only told me to lock the door from the inside, but i told me what im gonna do if i’m outside the room, how can my things be protected. I definitely do not recommend this “hotel”

I’m glad that I chose this hotel, the room was massive nice and clean, the service was good. Location is perfect near to hospital, shopping centre and restaurants. Staff are nice , I have to say thank you to Nour el Dein that work in the hotel he helped me a lot with everything from booking taxi and showing me nice places to visit. Highly recommended

The staff were more than helpful in arranging a taxi and booking a bus ticket. The location is close to the inter-city bus terminal if you want to catch an early bus

the staff reception and support was exceptional. cleanliness was at very good level. The noise from the next door room till 7 am, about which I raised a complaint but no action was taken.
