We had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The hotel is very clean (which was very important to me), the rooms are comfortable, and the view is beautiful. The service was excellent. Everyone on the staff was kind, friendly, and always happy to help. A special thank you to Tolga, Ahmet, and Emre for being so welcoming and making sure we had everything we needed. They really made our stay even better. We came here for our honeymoon, and the hotel surprised us with a cake as a honeymoon gift. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our trip even more special. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with wonderful staff and great service!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The beds were comfortable, the bedding was clean, the housekeeping was great, and the breakfasts were delicious. The young man who checked us in was very pleasant! The only pity is that there is no water cooler available

The location and neighbourhood is not good for tourism. It is at least half an hour by taxi from the hotel to get to the tourist places in Istanbul. Pick another hotel if you are in Istanbul for tourism.

Suites were quiet affordable, big and had nice large windows and bath tub behind glass door. Room service was excellent and fast. Rooms were relatively quiet, especially during the weekend. However they are not fully soundproofed. The service was not what you would expect at a 5 star hotel. Nobody walked with me to the room and I had to go back to the desk with my heavy suitcase because the card didn't work. Also there was a sound issue with the aircon system in my room, when I arrived late at night - that they could not fix and instead of offering me a free alternative room straight away, they asked if it was really that bad and proceeded to say that another (upgraded) room would cost 10 euro more. In the end because i persisted, I received the new room for free. Bed was nice but the pillows were very uncomfortable. Also design wise, not everything fitted and for example there were two different types of nightstands that didn't match

My stay was great, right from the receptionist to the staff that saw me off to the taxi. When I had issues, the staff were obviously thinking outside the box to find solutions. In particular, Ayna did exceptionally well in taking care of my room. Emre and Saris eased my checkout and commute to the airport. The curtains can be opaquer to blackout the rooms during summer. Furthermore, having identified the direction of the qibla it wouldn't be out of place to have a prayer mat.
