clean. comfortable. offers good breakfast variety, staff is super nice. everything in the room works perfectly fine, most importantly the AC since we stayed in july, and istanbul heat is crazy. generally there is nothing to complain about. the sağmalcılar station is ~10-12 min walk, bayrampaşa maltepe ~15-18 min walk

Too many children running around outside there rooms at night people in stairs Wells all night long as well no consideration for guests who need to rise early in the morning as didn't get much sleep here so I wouldn't advise anyone to stay here in my opinion

The rooms were clean and spacious. There was no bar/lounge area to relax in of an evening, only a restaurant. The stairwells were littered with furniture and mattresses.

Kind and welcoming personell at the reception. A room was spacious and comfortable. Good hotel, slightly worn for its price. Restaurant at the hotel. Waiting for a lunch order was one hour and a half for a single dish. Next day breakfast wasn’t ready in time. Taste of food was lost due to time shortage, caused by untimely service.

I enjoyed the daily breakfast- great selection and beautiful view. Internet was fast. We requested that the hotel make special arrangements for our wedding anniversary and they made some romantic decor at no extra cost- I really appreciated that. Staff were helpful and attentive. The thermostat was unchangeable, so the room was either freezing or too warm. We also had to change rooms because of a bad smell which made the room unliveable- however the staff accommodated this. We also found that we needed 20min+ taxis every day to/from main tourist attractions and city centre.

Breakfast was excellent Buffet at the top floor with city view and relaxing. Starting the day with delicious breakfast with Tea/Coffee makes our stay more comfortable and relaxing. Lift service require little modification and maintanence.

the staff was very nice & cooperative , especially at reception , they were helpful & cooperative especially Sanaaa. Also the area neighboring the hotel was very nice , nice restaurants, shops & good malls . Also there were nice parks near the hotel. Only very small & dirty room for Gym ??? , we can say no Gym at all . The location of hotel very close to noisy street & the windows not prevent street noises , I couldn't sleep comfortable at all . Also no swimming pool. Although the breakfast was simple, but it was nice & ENOUGH. The rooms were small & not so comfortable.
