The disturbance I experienced was that at around 5:00 AM, someone came to my room, banged loudly on my door, and immediately ran away. It was a very upsetting and frightening experience that made me feel unsafe.

This hotel is completely isolated and far from any attractions, shops, or restaurants. * Industrial Surroundings: The entire area around the hotel looks and feels like an industrial district full of workshops and warehouses. The atmosphere is very depressing and unpleasant. * Zero Walkability: You cannot walk anywhere. You will be 100% dependent on taxis just to get to civilization. > Verdict: Definitely do not recommend. Staying here feels like sleeping in the middle of a factory yard. >

Every thing is great from the hotel such as Respective staff and cleaning room and Ms. Nilay guest relations officer she was helpful if I have any issue regarding stay at the hotel Nothing everything was great

It was clean and professional, staff were helpful and friendly, free hammam which was a bonus with sauna and steam room, the pool is very small but the other facilities were great The prices inside the hotel was a bit too much but expected and the pool could be managed better

the water was hot/cold, no stability in medium temperature. the air conditioner in one room was always on even if we turn off, and in other room was always off even if we turn on!

Breakfast acceptable for three or four star but not 5 star hotsl They give me two room cards. Then they take the one card from the room without permission. (Rude behavior). they did it twice They bring for us iron and iron table after request and then they take it next day from our room without permission (rude behavior)

The Breakfast This is probably one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Booking.com should not have this on their list of options. I paid extra for a city view suite … I was given a noisy consultation site view. The hotel is in a very average area and I don’t recommend it to anyone. The whole hotel needs a total refurbishment or upgraded to bring it to a more acceptable level. The staff are very unfriendly and don’t care if they talk to you in a rude way! The water in the supposedly fountain at the entrance of the hotel is green showing how long it has been sitting there with no service or maintenance. The hotel has set up scent machines all over the hotel … it’s so strong it’s actually very annoying, even in the floors where its smell like general chemicals used in toilets. The rooms are so basic and some of the furniture is old, dirty or damaged. The staff need to take care of their image and personal odor. The only good thing about this hotel was the breakfast but you can’t be paying for breakfast when you book and they charge you for water and tea. This was not a good experience and I highly don’t recommend this establishment to anyone.

The Golden Tulip is a really nice hotel with great amenities, but what truly made my stay unforgettable was the exceptional service from Nilay. She was incredibly helpful, ensuring all my needs were met with absolute efficiency. I really want to thank her for her outstanding support and kindness throughout my time there.

Breakfast is good. The spa facilities are good. The rooms are normal but decent . It doesn’t give you the 5 star hotel luxury feel . It’s more like a budget 4 star hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful and know English. Some good restaurants can be found in the neighborhood with good price. Rooms are a bit noisy because of ongoing construction works. The neighborhood is far from tourist attractions but public transportation is available within the walking distance.

Her attention to detail and genuine care made our stay even more enjoyable and memorable. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a welcoming atmosphere. My wife and I truly enjoyed our time at the hotel and had a relaxing and pleasant experience. We look forward to visiting again in the future.

The staff was friendly for the most part just could be a little nicer at the front desk but everyone else was super friendly especially Nilay she was the best are ac didn’t work in first room and she switched our rooms right away to room with working ac she also provided us with a free breakfast which was really nice of her and she didn’t have to do the location is okay not to to far from all the main stuff in Istanbul but not to close either so it’s good for a quite night the rooms it self we amazing clean and spacious for me and my wife and not a bad price for the 4nights we stayed and they have a pool spa gym and more complete free for use other then the spa but prices aren’t bad for spa but we didn’t end up using it other than that I’d say we had an amazing stay here thanks to nilay Water in shower changes temperature a lot which is annoying and the fact our ac didn’t work in the first room but wasn’t a big deal tbh

I loved the location of the property too very easy to go to transit I also love the amenities great spa great Jim grateful I loved the room spacious clean housekeeping was always on time. People were always very nice and the staff is amazing. The best part about golden tulip is the staff. They have really fantastic stuff. That’s talk to you on any request. That is irreplaceable. Also big shout out to the women who work in the spa and in the gym. Gazal who is the massage therapist there fantastic and very, very big part of why my day was amazing. There’s not many things I didn’t like. I do wish they maybe had more amenities but the amenities there was amazing. Everything was fantastic. Honestly, it was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at outside of the US.
