I had a very pleasant stay at Windsor Hotel & Convention Center. The staff made me feel truly welcome and comfortable from the moment I arrived. Special thanks to Sibel and Ismail for helping make my check-in process smooth and easy. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of options, and the spa was amazing — a perfect place to relax and enjoy the stay even more. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel. Everything is perfect

That the location was not close to major tram or metro stations. Also if you're planning to only use public transport, it might be difficult to get to historical sites or may require multiple bus rides to get to single one.

Room: Very modern and luxurious, with spacious and comfortable beds. Large windows offer a beautiful view of the city. Cleanliness: The room and the entire hotel were spotless, housekeeping was very thorough and attentive. Hotel & Staff: Staff were amazing – helped with luggage, guided us to the room, very professional. The restaurant had delicious pizza, burgers, desserts, and drinks. Location: Perfect, just 100 meters from the bus stop. Breakfast: Very good and varied, something new every day. Overall, a luxurious 5-star hotel – 10/10, highly recommend!

I liked the cleanliness of the place, the rooms were comfy and super nice The kitchen, food quality was super low. And the response of them to deliver to the rooms. Also the car transfer service was super bad and they wanted to rip us off

Rooms are great different room spaces No Vale " 5 star hotel " weird . Vale Costs 10USD Per day If you request it . No bag trolley unless you request for it at the hotel entrance . Rude from the security to the reception . only cleaners are kind . Rude chef's , asked him to clean his hand before making the omelette because he was cleaning the tables .. he refused .. Rude chefs , asked a specific ingredients with omelette , they do not listen + attitude

A lot of choices for breakfast, great food at the sky restaurant. Breakfast lacked sufficient healthy options (fruits for example). Cleaning lady tried to clean even with DN on the door. Sink was leaking. Pillows were too big.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel has seen better days, but in general it's maintained in good shape. Pool and spa are really nice. Breakfast was also very nice. Internet connection was decent all of the time. Excellent value for the money. There must be a small fridge in the rooms. Location is a bit challenging, if you want to reach the old town, but that comes with the price.
