Staff and location. I had my birthday during my stay, and the staff offered me free cake ? Location is very nice but you’re very close to most dangerous and not safe neighborhoods. I didn’t have any issue but you must be very careful late at night on return. Once in this neighborhood I got robbed years ago, and its not hotel fault but you are close to neighborhoods that are a bit danger to walk at night, but still very close taksim which makes it easier to move around.

This is a great hotel for a reasonable price. I booked a double room, which I think enough for a solo traveller or a couple. The room itself is simple but has everything you need, and it was very, very clean. The same goes for the bathroom. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is great, close to Taksim Square (about 5–6 minutes’ walk), yet still quiet. I had a room facing the other side of the building, but I think the street side would also be fine, that part of the street didn’t seem too noisy to me. So all in all, everything was great. Everything was great.

Great spot in Taksim. Location is 10/10, walking distance to everything but not noisy. Reception was super nice and welcoming, always there if we needed anything. Room was comfortable and well-stocked. Would stay again.

I travel quite a bit, this place has exceeded my expectations, the rooms lovely just like the pictures, the tesm was very friendly, they did there best to accommodate me when giving me an early checkin. No surprises, they are very honest. The place has a fantastic location. There is really nothing, it was clean and fair enough to Taxim square that prevents the noise while being very close to it.

First of all the staff was Amazing! Everyone was very friendly and ready to help with anything! The location is also great. Right next to taxim square where are connections to every place! Rooms equipped with the essentials! A little bit more soundproof and it would be a 10! Altough I'm a heavy sleeper so I was good!

We didn’t like the property and behaviour of staff They didn’t tell us about construction and renovation before booking They asked us to leave the property because of noise The ceiling was broken and stone and water came out from it because of construction We finished forced to move to another hotel due to dangerous conditions and too much noise

Located nearby the Taksim square with good access to the main modes of transport. The hotel is on a quiet street. The room had everything necessary for a comfortable stay.
