We are disappointed that when we arrived, it was not as it was in the photos, the staff was polite. When we entered the room and pulled back the curtain, the place was dirty, the windows needed cleaning, cockroaches in the room and bathroom, once we got home late and one of the staff was sleeping at the reception. He was wearing shoes one morning. The breakfast was also so bad that you wouldn't want it. The breakfast kitchen was very poorly prepared, where the bed was right next to it.

The hotel is located on very good street near the grocery stores and restaurants and 2 minutes from istiklal street and very delicious breakfast and clean room and most important kind staff so I will be back again soon ? Nothing

It doesn't have any breakfast. No plate, no cup, no spoon! No one was there, I walked to the reception, after 5 min, one lady came to wash the plates and spoons and gave it to us wet!! She put omelet back to the pan and re heated it! It was horrible!

Perfect location with a very friendly and helpful staff specially Mohamed, everything went very smooth because of the smooth and responsive communication. Highly recommended for friends and couples.

The bed was old and it was making noises with any movement, making it difficult to sleep.

The location is perfect. It is in the heart of Taksim. Just steps away from the main strip with all the shopping. The street with all the bars w live music is only 2 streets down. The little side street has a few hotels, restaurants and a little store where you can buy water. It was great for the money. You can't expect more than this for 30E. Especially in this area and this city.

It was wonderful stay, i would highly recommend this accommodation for solo travelers who needs a close place to the transportation and the attractions. Would definitely comeback again!

The staff are truly amazing and very welcoming. The owner is very kind and genuinely cares about the guests. A special thanks to the receptionist Mohammad, he is an amazing guy who helped us with everything we needed, always smiling and ready to assist. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Taksim and would definitely come back again.
