It was clean and cool, and a perfect location

Staff was very kind, especially Eljan from the reception was very helpful. Hotel is centrally located in Taksim within walking distance of most important tourist attractions. Room is clean. Shower area is big. Very good price to quality ratio. Room size is small.

The location is excellent, only 1 minute from Istiklal street and a 5 minute walk to Taksim metro. The room was clean, and overall it was great value for money.

The price was very competitive and the location is perfect. The smell of smoke in the early morning hours.

Very clean, very friendly, good location!

The property is just few minutes away from Isteklal street where there are plenty of restaurants and shops. You may leave your suitcases when you arrive earlier than your check in time. They also have an elevator which was convenient. Only 1 pillow per person, no complimentary water inside the fridge. And no DND door hanger. The room was too small to fit large suitcases, however given with the price it was good enough.

Hotel & location were great -just behind Istiklal street so it was easy to shop/eat & take a break at the hotel whenever. We were 3 girls & felt very safe. Stayed on the last floor (during the weekend) & didn't hear any noise. Rooms were clean & spacious bathroom. We were lucky to have early check-in as we arrived a few hours early & a lovely man helped us with our luggage. We had a little medical emergency & the staff went out of their way to help us which we really appreciated. Big thank you to the lovely hotel staff - everyone was very friendly & helpful. Looking forward to staying there again :)

Great location near Taksim Square, clean rooms, and friendly staff. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were very friendly, the hotel was clean, and although it’s in the middle of the city, it wasn’t noisy. Also, the receptionist, Mr. Rasim, was exceptionally nice and accommodating. I would definitely come back for this level of friendliness. The internet sometimes disconnected, which was inconvenient. I also had to ask for water and hair conditioner every time I needed them—I expected those to be provided in the room by default.

Excellent location, 5 min walk from Taksim Square Metro. Located in a quiet quirky laneway with tea houses, fruit shop and other hotels. The riot squad vehicles were set up around the corner, so this was a little unnerving. It was luckily all very quiet and the police were happily sitting in cafes.

The staff was very accommodating, and the place is spotless and comfortable. Will stay there again with a heart beat!

The staff was very helpful with check in, helping me with my luggage, helping with directions and helping me get to the taxi stand in the wee hours of the morning. It’s very easy to get to from the metro but in the metro it was hard to find the right exit. The Taksim area very close but also very crowded. The room is quite small. Hard to maneuver around 2 suitcases on the floor. The noise from the bars was minimal but the beat of the music was constant until closing. The A/C noise drowned out the sounds.

The host was very welcoming, rooms were very clean, and the location was great. We were easily able to see all the peak tourist sites, great shopping and food. great price for a great location. The rooms were a bit small but great value for the price.
