Closeness to the Istiklal Street was the good part but the neighbourhood made me feel kind of unsafe. Receptionist was solution oriented. The bed was made at least. The area was sketchy. The bathroom was dirty. Someone has taken a dump in the toilet and they gave me the room without cleaning it! No garbage bag in the trash can, crumpled-up toilet paper behind it, tomato stem in the sink, the drawer with questionable stains and a used ashtray on the desk. Didn’t even spend a night there, left the keys and went to another hotel.

The staff were very kind and helpful, especially Muhammet and Bekir. I was welcomed with tea, helped with my luggage, and everything in the room was explained. The room was clean, with fresh bed linen and towels, and there was always hot water. The location is excellent — close to the metro, attractions, cafes, and restaurants. Great value for money. The internet is a bit weak if you need it for work. Also, it can be noisy from the street, so earplugs are recommended.

The staff were very friendly. The man at the reception desk was especially helpful and went above and beyond to assist with a few things. There are many nice bars and restaurants in the area and within walking distance. There is no elevator. The hotel has a/c, but not in the rooms. The music from the nearby bars/restaurants might make sleeping difficult.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Location was perfect, close to everything I needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Definitely recommended! The room wasn’t soundproof. I could hear noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms, which made it hard to sleep sometimes.

There is a bar on the first floor of the hotel, music rumbling all night, this hotel is definitely not for sleeping there. If you are going to party all night, this is the place to be.

The person in reception is very helpful and I really liked interaction with him. The room was small but cozy with bathroom inside. It is worth the value. Hotel locates in heart of the Taksim and it is easy to access to Istiklal avenue and all other restaurants, shopping centers around. Will stay here each time I visit Istanbul

Great place to stay if you are on a budget. Highly accommodating. The reception guy, Salman is very helpful and will even go out of the way to assist you.
