Staff were very helpful! Location is super - right in the heart of Taksim! Good value for money! fridge was not working unfortunately (not a huge deal but an FYI). Room is quite small but still very comfortable!

the reception guy was so friendly and helpful it’s a very noisy place which you can never a good sleep at night or the day time the night clubs and bar just down the room so you can even hear the steps of people in the street the room is very small not as the picture show ones my key has been broken in the door and they charge me for it and also it’s over priced like other places and services in Istanbul won’t stay here again

Nothing good in this hotel. Don't stay here. Does not go forward in solving the problem. Smoking smell in the rooms. No refunds. We've just moved out and went to the other hotel. This hotel doesn't fit it's rating. it's 2 stars or even less. Stay away!

it’s located in the center of istanbul the place wasn’t clean at all, the internet connection was poor, and rooms weren’t equipped. there was not hot water at the shower and you have to walk there is no elevator on the grand floor

The location is good. Surprisingly not noisy while the night life spots are within short distance. The hotel owner was dishonest. Upon arrival, he told me there was actually no room available, but he had a sister hotel that I could stay. Without asking me my permission, he grabbed my luggage and lead me to a different hotel, which had worse review than the one I booked. He then said the new hotel was also fully booked so he could only give me a room behind the reception desk. That room is the worst I had ever seen. The full illumination level of the lights were about 20% of the regular lights. Furthermore, it does have a WINDOW, but it’s facing the hot water heaters and the drywall of an adjacent room. I was unhappy with the arrangement so I asked for cancellation since the hotel couldn’t give me the room I saw on the website and reserved. Suddenly, the hotel staff took me back to the hotel I reserved and offered me a room on the top floor. I thought he had said all rooms were occupied, but apparently that’s false.

The location is excellent right next to Taksim square. If you are in instanbul for partying this is the perfect place to stay there are bars all around, unfortunately it is quite noisy however.
