The hotel rooms are beautiful, but the smell of cigarettes in the rooms, there is noise in the morning, I couldn't sleep , also the person who is working it the morning and person who is working at night good personnes and so nice talking smiling ,,, but the tall person who is in the reception middle of the day makes his own rules and he doesn’t smile so i will never back this hotel

Heart of Taksim was nice, as metro, trams, Taxi stand and bus services were all at hand nearby, Like most other hotels within the vicinity it’s unbearably loud as the bars downstairs are bustling with loud music. Apart from sometimes the reception area with anyone at duty were mostly respectful of their guests but sometimes I found them indulging with mates, one at time. Don’t mean that in complaint as pulling long shifts by yourself can be rather boring. Most staff knew knowledgeable English. Rather very poor Wi-Fi for that place which I found very disappointing.

Perfect location, no loud noises, everything is clean, basic facilities are available, staff is friendly and they offered a free room upgrade Elevator and stairs are small

Staff is amazing, the guy helped me out with my luggage late at night and they kindly agreed to keep my stuff for a week even if I was not at hotel. The stay if a very good for the value and location is close to Express bus stop from airport may be elevator would be good but its not up to hotel - I asked and was informed that the building is historical and its not allowed to make constructions

The Receptionist Hosein was an excellent ,talented, very kind,cooperative, very helpful, calm and very honest ,ever smiling ,Sweet Boy.The way he treats the guest is very attracting and he is really an asset to the hotel as well as the tourist. The other reciptionest also very calm,cheerful and nice boy.The cleaner Rana is also very humble and kind lady and she is really very sincere in her work and she does cleaning (room cleaning) every day. The location of the hotel is also very good and in a very prime area and close to many tourist place. In conclusion I can say it is really worthy and if I visit Istanbul I ll prefer and I recommend my relatives and friends to stay I'm this hotel.Thank you very much for the Management, Hosein and other staff for the wonderful selfless service. God bless all of you abundantly with everything whatever you deserve in life. Bathroom little bigger and lights and stairs .

Value for money. Its my 5th trip to Istanbul and this place has a nice location, clean, a good cleaning ladies and at reception mr Hussein who was very welcoming and helpful. Im happy with my stay there. Will come again.

It was very clean, not just when we arrived but also every day after cleaning. They even upgrade our room for free. It was noisy at night becuse of the night clubs but it is located at the Taksim centre so it was something to expect.
