Nothing, the manager threatened and cussed me out when I asked to be refunded for finding bed bugs in my room. THERE ARE BED BUGS AT THIS HOTEL. I have bites all over my body and I have photo proof of it, when they were confronted they denied the allegations and refused refund. I had to find another hotel at 3 am in the morning and toss 75% of my clothes and dry cleaned the rest, almost spent as much money as I spent for this hotel because of this. They were very rude and threatened me with police at some point as I had guests over, which they had absolutely no problem until this incident at all. The room was falling apart at first they had to fix the toilet the bathroom faucet and the shower head as well as I requested it. Overall, absolutely menacing experience, now they are begging me to not share this experience with people and offering me a laughable amount of money as if it reverses staying in a room that is infested for almost 5 nights until they crawled in my face. This place is definitely not up to regulations at all. Especially for the tourists out there considering, absolutely avoid it, I couldn’t even find a solution to this problem as a local at all.

The location is great less than a minute away from istiklal street by foot, close to public transportation (taksim tünel- tarlabaşı - taksim bus station and metro line 2) and markets. The room is big and well equipped, the staff were super nice and very friendly. We stayed there for 14 nights so it’s very suitable for long stays We had to request room service each time we wanted to clean the room, instead of just regularly showing every morning, the bathroom needed a little fixing.

Near to istiklal street (walking distance) Comfortable bed , with air conditioner and heater. Got elevator. Clean Have small refrigerator, water heater for use. Clean toilet Even nearby club/disco operated late night, the sound not too loud to disturb your sleep unless you are noise sensitive. Good receptionist, welcoming. Recommended to stay again anad again None

It’s location and the wonderful staff There was a water outage for 2 hours which prevented me from having a shower

The bathroom door would not close properly, there was water leaking from the ceiling, and the air conditioning was not working. Overall, the room was in unacceptable condition. The only positive part of our stay was the reception staff. Both receptionists were very helpful and kind, and they tried to assist us as much as possible. However, when we requested to change rooms due to the poor condition (which was clearly not our fault), the manager told us that the only option was to take two double rooms and pay extra per night. Since we had no alternative, we were forced to book two additional rooms and pay the extra charges. This was extremely disappointing and not what we expected.

There is a nightclub in the same building. The furniture in the room was not so clean.

The staff were very helpful, and the hotel is in a great location right in the heart of Taksim and close to everything It’s a bit noisy, so it’s not ideal if you sleep early or want a quiet place.

I stayed in 2 rooms. The first one 101 was so dirty. I couldn’t sleep all night because of the noise coming from the club next to the hotel. The music was so loud until 7 am. The second room was much better. It was clean but still noisy Room 101 was so dirty

I liked the staff The music and singing coming from the nightclub next to the hotel was so loud and annoying that we couldn't sleep until 4:00 AM.

The location is perfect. just down the road from istiklall street. Toilet very small. Shower not clean. Mouldy. Fridge had no plugpoint so I couldn't use it. I asked on numerous occasions but no lead came ... No fresh towels nor toilet paper was provided. I had to ask for paper. No housekeeping entire week. Reception Staff need to be more friendly. Club right next door. Music Very loud from 10pm to 4am . They need to wash their curtains. White is brown with dirt

Location is perfect The club next to the hotel played music very loud. Had trouble sleeping. This should have been mentioned in the listing description. Overall it was a pleasant stay.
