If you want to feel the lively atmosphere of Taksim, this hotel has a perfect location. The room was very nice, everything was comfortable and clean, and the staff were very polite and helpful. We definitely recommend this hotel. I honestly cannot say anything negative about this place.

Only the location and the cleaning housekeeping lady. Nothing else! Very bad attitude, uncooperative, and unresponsive staff. When asked for water, the staff demanded us to go down and take it. When asked to help with bags, the refused to help. When asked for the wifi password, they shouted and hanged the phone because I didn’t understand Turkish. When I asked for facial tissues, they gave us toilet paper.

-Location is very good -Clean apartment -Friendly staff -Elevator is available -Over priced for the room size. -No breakfast included with the price. -the lighting in the apartment was bad, with a timer. -the bathroom sink is way too low for an average sized person, i had to kneel down to wash my face. -the hot water comes and goes by itself for no reason. -The main apartment gate closes at midnight with no way of opening it, unless you tap on the window for someone to open it from inside. -the windows are not sound proof, and the hotel is located on the main istiklal street, so it is very noisy until early morning hours.

This lovely, small hotel is strategically located within a mere two minutes walk from Taksim Square. It has a certain old world charm and character to it, and is currently discreetly upgrading the rooms and public areas in a quiet and a manner that we didn’t find obstructive or bothersome while staying there. The hotel has approximately 17 rooms, spanning four floors, with standard rooms of a decent size( which we stayed in) as well as larger, more elegant rooms in a higher yet not much more expensive category. I took a hotel tour and saw all the options. All room types offer an excellent value for such a nice, well positioned property. Murat, the gentleman who assisted us with checkin and greeted us so kindly as we came and went each day, is a professional, kind and knowledgeable man who is also a tremendous asset to this great hotel. Beds were comfortable. Lighting was more atmospheric than bright, but rooms boast large windows allowing natural light in to the rooms. While breakfast isn’t included here, as there is no in-house restaurant, you can get breakfast at many places nearby. You can also order room service from the restaurant downstairs, whip offers a well rounded menu. One thing to keep in mind about the Taxsim area, it certainly is a noisy part of town, with many people wandering the main pedestrian boulevard out front, until all hours of the night, and police cars with sirens, street cleaning trucks and voices of revelers will be unavoidable unless you wear earplugs. But that’s the nature of this lively part of the city. With that said, would I stay here again and would I recommend it? That answer to that is a bold and positive YES! Great value, great price, great place to return to. The area is truly wonderful and exciting but it can certainly have its noise issues. Having stayed in other parts of this city, I can say you are trading in the very loud early morning call to prayer for the late evening party reveler’s “ call to party”. Again, in spite of the noise in the area, I would definitely stay here again, and I would certainly stay here if it’s available. The hotels in this area can not be held responsible for the sounds of the general public enjoying the district.

Excellent accomodation. Great location, everything was super clean and the staff was more than helpful.

The room is clean and wide, had a double bed room with a sofa bed that fits 2 … bed and pillows very comfy, hot water and heating available, clean bathroom with towels, shampoo, soap and shower gel. Hair dryer is also available. Would be back again? Yes ! No car parking… basically not recommended to drive in istiklal str area and around, faced many difficulties bcz of that.

The location was perfect. All the staff were extremely friendly and supportive. We would like to thank each and every one of this fantastic team, especially to Orhan on reception who was very nice and very knowledgeable about Istanbul. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to return in the future!
