Location is good , in the heart of İstiklal Street,, staff were very good and friendly. but the rooms are small and It is not the same as the pictures, and no coffee machine, no restaurant, and no room services available60

The location The fact that the hotel has a very loud disco in the building next to it. Music played until almost 4am both Friday and Saturday nights. They have shutters that do hardly anything but was not told until day 2 Room layout was bad

Such a nice apartment with a great view from the balcony overlooking Istiklal Street. The kitchen is well equipped, and the place is cozy with enough space for two people for at least a week. Good Wi-Fi and very helpful staff. It’s located right in the heart of Istanbul—only a 2-minute walk from Taksim Square. You can easily reach all destinations by tram, funicular (Tünel), or metro. The sea is about a 20-minute walk (around 1.5 miles) downhill, so be careful if you’re traveling with kids or have knee issues. You can also get around using the public water shuttle, which costs about the same as the metro when using the Istanbul transport card—less than $1 one way. You can use Uber also. Old city 25-30 min by public transport (tunel +tram) It’s not a big issue, just two small things: the dryer doesn’t work properly, so make sure you have enough time to let your clothes dry naturally if you plan to do laundry during your stay. Also, since the apartment is on a central pedestrian street, it can get quite crowded and noisy, so keep that in mind if you’re sensitive to sound.

We loved this luxury hotel & service. Receptionists, concierge & house keepers are super friendly and helpful. The hotel has a gym and art gallery, they’re using L’Occitane products in bathrooms which is definitely a plus. LOCATION is very strategic, inside Istiklal street and near to Taksim square. The most beautiful attractions in Istanbul. Cars don’t reach to hotel door, need 2 minutes walking like a small hill

The only thing i could criticize was that you could hear music from a club until 4 am (i'm a light sleeper) But you are right in the center of Taksim St. Our kids slept through the night! Only other thing that would have been an issue for me personally was the flashing red light from the fire alarm... it was waking me up but luckily i had an eye mask with me, which fixed that issue for me.

Our stay was so perfect due to the location of the hotel right at the front of the walkway for shopping!! it perfectly suits up for families and kids as well. The stuff we are so helpful and friendly. Nothing at all

The location is so amazing it’s right at the centre of the city at the best place for shopping, and everything is underneath nearby right on front of the hotel entrance.. the stuff we are so helpful and friendly they provide over what ever we need Nothing at all
