I had a wonderful stay at 21 Rooms Hotel Istanbul. The staff were kind and attentive, the rooms spotless and comfortable, and the location couldn’t be better right in the heart of Taksim. Overall the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Istanbul.

It's impossible to sleep at night because there is very loud music ourside and singing downstairs. The karaoke bar is just next to the hotel.

The property is very convenient and the staff is very friendly the girl Salin was very kind to guided us through the details for our stay. The Omus was very kind and helped us very well he also offered us tea and coffee after our checkout. He also weighed our luggage. They offered a simple breakfast which was enough for the morning take off. The neighborhood is bit noisy.

What truly made my experience unforgettable was the outstanding hospitality from the entire team, especially Asya and Selen. From the very first minute of check-in, they welcomed me with genuine warmth and a constant smile. They even upgraded me to a suite without me asking and without any extra charge—such a thoughtful and generous gesture! This hotel has definitely become my favorite place to stay in Istanbul, and I will choose it again every time I visit. Highly recommended!

The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, English-speaking, and always smiling, ensuring our stay was perfect. They were always ready to assist us, and the breakfast provided was satisfying and yummy. The room was smaller than my personal preference, though that was my mistake when booking. A very minor suggestion for improvement would be to have a person available to hold the bags from the taxi to the entrance, but it is not a big deal.

The stay was absolutely wonderful! The hotel exceeded all my expectations. A perfect blend of comfort and luxury – I would highly recommend this place. The front desk girl staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. Exceptional service! Everyone went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. I love this place!! The location is super, just a few meters away from Istiklal street. Staff is great, you cant ask for better. Asya from the main desk helped us very kindly with everything. Will surely come again It can get a bit noisy in the nights over weekends but the rooms are well insulated.
