Premist Hotels Taksim - Special Class

Super location and nice staff. At night there was bright light from outside shining straight into my room.

The location is excellent, just a few steps from Taksim Square and Istiklal Street, making it very convenient for sightseeing, shopping, restaurants, and public transportation. The hotel was clean, housekeeping did a good job every day, and the bed sheets were changed regularly. The breakfast was tasty and fresh, even though the selection was somewhat limited. We booked a room for three adults with three separate beds, but upon arrival we were told that such a room was not available. Instead, we were given one double bed, one single bed, and a small folding bed that was not comfortable for an adult. In addition, our room faced the street on the first floor and was quite noisy. Early in the morning, restaurant staff outside would often talk and laugh loudly, which disturbed our sleep. Breakfast was good, but the menu was exactly the same every day during our stay.

I did not like reception staff and their attitude. I asked 4x that I need receipt for my stay. As I travelled for business then I need proof of expenses to claim back my money. Each time they promised to me that you will have it, no problem. Once I made check out then "manager is not here, it is too early morning and our system do not work". So they look to your eye and they lie. Total bullshit. What kind of PC is not working on early morning? Another challenge is the hotel location and its neighbors - Friday and Saturday there is total noise pollution as there are some bars and clubs playing music up to 04:00 morning. Try to sleep in such noise.

I really liked the lady at the reception — she spoke many languages and always had a friendly smile. And the breakfast was good. I was disappointed that when we arrived late at night, we were told to stay for two nights in another hotel because of a technical problem. I did not like the breakfast at the other hotel, and the room was extremely bright, so we could not sleep well at all. Also, the staff did not follow up with us about returning to the original hotel; we had to go there ourselves and check with them.

Staff member opened himself my room to wake me up on the check-out day way before check-out time for no reason. It is horrible. He did not knock, he did not ask if he can come in, just forcely opened the door and said "it is time to wake up". BUT I DID NOT OVERLIMIT MY STAY. It was way before 12pm. HORRIBLE. How can a staff member come into my room if that time only my girlfriend was there?

The location is on spot The hotel is a bit run down and the breakfast area and food well not the best but for the price is.ok and yes they need new curtains definitely

There was too much noise, especially in the evening, and I could barely sleep. It was very difficult to fall asleep until around 4 a.m. The staff did not provide water when needed. They told me that only two bottles were allowed and refused to give any additional ones. The laundry was not changed during my stay, which was very unpleasant and unhygienic to use

Everything exceeded our expectations. I would stay at this same hotel if I come and visit Istanbul again. The breakfast and staff was extremely helpful. Highly Recommended. Since the hotel is located in a thin street and traffic law didn't allow taxi to pick or drop Infront of the hotel gate, we had to walk with our luggage for 4-5 mins. Otherwise the stay was awesome.

Breakfast at the hotel was great, location is superb, staff is great and helpful - all in all a great place to stay in Istanbul. All was great

Location Not worth the money, poor breakfast for a hotel in turkiye, very old inside, rooms not so good. Better look for another facility.

I can say that this was one of the clearest places that I’ve ever stayed, food was super delicious and staff was super friendly Guests were constantly slamming doors, even late into the night, which made it nearly impossible to sleep. The worst part was around 2 AM when someone started a motorcycle and left it running for about 10 minutes. The loud noise woke me up and ruined any chance of getting proper sleep.

There was too much noise, and the windows were poorly made / not soundproof.

We had to leave earlier due to an emergency, it would’ve been nice if they were kind enough to return the money, although we understand it is a hotel policy not to.

The room was a bit small, but it was fine as we were out all day.
