Tepe Palas Hotel Taksim

It was warm. The pictures of the apartment are not up to date. The front door of the apartment is thin and hard to lock. The furniture in the bedroom is damaged by fire, and in the bathroom by water. The fridge is full of rust, as is the shower.

Nothing they were very kind to me.

They charged us extra because we had one additional person, even though the booking webpage showed the same price for 1 to 4 guests. They forced us to pay extra because they knew we had no other choice. The bathroom was flooded after the first shower. We also had to wait 30 minutes to check in.

1. The hotel very clean 2. Staff very friendly : My taxi stopped very far from hotel and one of the staff came walking to assist me which was amazing. 3. Location is amazing, 1 or 2 minutes to walk to istiklal street. They welcome me with coffee and water once i came and when i lift also they did the same. The most things i like that staff very friendly and its 1 or 2 minutes from istiklal street, the hotel behind macdonlds in istiklal street. That i stay one day only ?

Great room, it was clear and the stuff is great. Specially Mesut and Ahmet was really friendly.

Cosy family-style small hotel located just few steps away from a major shopping area and a major transportation center. Hotel personnel is outstanding and genuely caring about their guests 24/7, including transfers during might/early morning time.

Really nice people, recommend highly! Nothing to be disliked, but perhaps the rooms could be a little more cleaner.

They are cheaters. I advise you guys to be careful. I had booked room with payment deduction in advance and they were unable to provide accomodation upon arrival. Since the funds were deducted they transferred us to a low grade, third class property nearby which didn’t have any lift. We carry our bags 2 floors up and down. We were also unable to sleep comfortably due to early unbearable construction noise, hence we checked out early. I have attached pictures of the room of alternative hotel they provided to us. I also made compaint at booking.com but no action taken against the property, nor any compensation.

Location only. sorry but Unfortunately, I can't write anything good. When we arrived at check-in, they told us that the bathroom in our booked room was damaged and offered us to spend the night in a neighboring hotel. The hotel where we were placed was a complete nightmare.... An extra bed in a very small room that blocked the bathroom door. To enter the toilet, you had to pull the bed up to close the door. The room had no window. The sheets were wrinkled and old. There was no kettle or basic amenities. We had a nightmare night. In return, they offered us breakfast, which was ridiculous. The next morning, they let us into our booked room, which was not like the photos. It was a different room, with a different bathroom. The sheets in the room were old and untidy. The floor was not cleaned, my feet were sticky. The furniture was shaky, old and dirty. The hand shower in the bathroom didn't work. There were no toiletries or towels, when we asked they only gave us towels. The hair dryer did not have a protective cap and did not dry our hair, I asked for a new one, they promised to bring it to me and did not bring it. There was a kettle but it did not work. I booked a room for three people, when booking it was written that the room should have one queen bed, one extra bed and a sofa. But instead of an extra bed, they gave us a sofa. In short, it is a very bad hotel and I do not recommend it.

The location was good. The old floor, u could hear people walking 3 stories up. They didnt change our sheets at all, and when we first checked in, all the towels were soaking wet.

No one does not ask what you want or no one does not interest untill you do.

started to renovate the hotel gradually to make it more comfortable. Suggest to add a light over the kitchen sink so that the sitting room will be brighter.

Very good hotel. Good personel and safe place a hotel with large rooms located in the city center. The rooms are clean and room service is available whenever you want. The most important thing for me was the elevator. I recommended it ?? Everything was great ?
